On the day of the appointment, I walked in to her business. She was talking with a nail technician. She turned around and instead of greeting me she said, " your room is ready." I was taken aback as she didn't greet and acknowledge me in a proper manner. I went to the "room" and waited a few minutes before she came in. She proceeded to "shape" my eyebrows while talking about her father dating younger women! She ultimately left me with half an eyebrow! She tinted them and tried to hide the mistake and I didn't notice until I got home. For that, I paid full price. I then stated to the nail technician that I was going to pick my color for my pedicure and she quickly told me I didn't have an appointment! The owner heard and quickly got on her cell phone to call another technician in. What a fiasco! Not only is this place unprofessional, the owner is not a true businesswoman. Her customer service skills are appalling! Her conversations are inappropriate and her "waxroom" is dirty. I will never go back to that pit of a salon. Mediocre service in all areas. She'd be better off closing and pursuing other endeavors. Her appearance was not professional. I am sickened!

I contacted the gal at Cherabellas Salon who had provided the service and she replied with text messages asking what I had done wrong, even referring to my eyes is like having, and I quote, one boob bigger than the other! Not language you use with a bc patient. Then she asked me if I was on medication? I was so upset by this, I canceled my upcoming appointment, she said that was fine, she never offered me compensation, she told me to go to the salon maybe the other girl could help me, which I did. I called several times, no one ever answered. I went to the door, sign says if the lights are on we're open. Lights were on, door was lock, no body answered. Im a professional from many long years of good customer service experience and this was awful. How awful that people don't care about their business, customers or their work, this salon reflects that.
