On the day of the appointment, I walked in to her business. She was talking with a nail technician. She turned around and instead of greeting me she said, " your room is ready." I was taken aback as she didn't greet and acknowledge me in a proper manner. I went to the "room" and waited a few minutes before she came in. She proceeded to "shape" my eyebrows while talking about her father dating younger women! She ultimately left me with half an eyebrow! She tinted them and tried to hide the mistake and I didn't notice until I got home. For that, I paid full price. I then stated to the nail technician that I was going to pick my color for my pedicure and she quickly told me I didn't have an appointment! The owner heard and quickly got on her cell phone to call another technician in. What a fiasco! Not only is this place unprofessional, the owner is not a true businesswoman. Her customer service skills are appalling! Her conversations are inappropriate and her "waxroom" is dirty. I will never go back to that pit of a salon. Mediocre service in all areas. She'd be better off closing and pursuing other endeavors. Her appearance was not professional. I am sickened!

With her recommendations it has gone from sad and lifeless to moist bouncy curls and I have already seen some regrowth. Today, I was treated to two hours of pampering ... first at the head spa and then our usual cut and style time. What I mean is not having to come see her every 6 to 8 weeks. She said great let's do this and she did it. And all in a reasonable price. She has continued to add flare to my hair. I went from doing just a simple baulyage to do bright colors going reds to purple to even blue and green. And when I did the blue and green, I told her I wanted to do russian roulette with my hair. And now I stick with purple because that is what I love, and I let her do her magic. Oh, and did I say I get tons of compliments on my hair. Even when it's 4 months old, when I am stretching out the color so I don't need to go see her.
