She put a huge scratch in my big toe and wasn't going to do anything to fix it unless I said something, which I did. My manicure was ok, my cuticles were so messed up and not taken care of that I had to have my mom fix them. Im getting married tomorrow and I'm so upset about my nails being so horrible. Im not going to be doing any pictures of my hands close up. There was hair all over the floor from the day before, they had just opened, it was pretty gross to see hair all over the floor.

I had been seeing these folks working getting this place ready for business, and was excited to see…read morethey were finally opened. I walked in and was completely ignored by the staff. There was standing room only, and they were blaring techno type music on a TV with horrible speakers. I waited for about 20 minutes and they finally got done with someone, so one of the chairs opened up so I could sit down. Unluckily for me it was under the TV, so I was barraged with the techno even more. I had a glimmer of hope for a second when one of the barbers grabbed a remote and started to look for a different station, however he just seemed to find the death metal version of techno and turned it up. I patiently waited for another 20 minutes, until my pain threshold was finally exceeded and I had to leave. In the whole time I was there, close to an hour, I think they only completed 1 hair cut. Also, not only was I not greeted or acknowledged when I entered, not one of them even looked up or acknowledged the fact that I had left. This was probably the worst retail experience of my life. I am mystified as to why there was such a long line of people there to get their hair cut, and even more puzzled as to why they would wait that long, since there appears to be zero customer service. I certainly will never return, and will advise anyone who asks to avoid the place at all cost. I think I might look on ebay for a flowbee or something.
