I waited on hold for two days, with the same message coming on "there are three callers ahead of you". Those three callers must have been pissed to wait over two days and still be in the line waiting for an answer. Service here is not acceptable and should be changed. My doctor sent a prescription over to Wallgreens over a month ago and they still claim they never got it. I believe it is time to change pharmacy.

It is located inside of the JCPenney, and it's a great location. The store is small in scale, but has all the displays and inventory of larger stores. It is clean and well maintained, which I really appreciate. The staff was friendly, and will take the time to answer questions and assist if needed. I usually like to browse around and swatch colors, and they let me do that too. Usually I order my items online, so I really appreciate that I can make returns or exchanges locally. I also like to check out the Sephora exclusives that are only available at the Sephoras inside the JCP, and make sure to check out the Sale area too.

Very uncomfortable hearing a more experienced stylist say to her "it always looks a little crazy when it's wet and you just have to hope it looks different when it is dry." I will never get my hair done here again, don't waste your time or money here.
