I love Tony's. Although it's very hard to get an appointment, I definitely recommend booking in WAY advance. They are worth it. I'm not sure the girls name that did my manicure, but she did a superb job. I recently had my acrylics taken off so my nails were in rough shape. She was gentle, paid intense attention to detail and very thorough. I'm so glad these guys are in Ellensburg!! They are very fairly priced, consistent and listen to your needs. I will NEVER be going back to this place. It is dirt there is a chunk of the ceiling missing. (So a full on giant hole in the ceiling) There price bored is wrong I was charged 150$ for gel acrylics with extremely simple French tips, and a gel pedicure. My ACRYLIC nails were done 3 days ago and are snapping off and breaking at my natural nail. They use cheep materials and are just a bad establishment. Not to mention very dirty. I think they did well, price wise it was $60 because of the length but $45 for short square nails with regular polish. Big add on price for a small change in length, but overall they gave me an even length that matched the rest of the nails and very gentle treatment. I would definitely return more often! read more

Highly suggest making an appointment because they get a lot of calls and easier so you don't have to wait when you get here. They were super attentive to details with clipping and cleaning. They are very efficient and thorough with the process. They are super nice and helps you carry the stuff while you're waiting for nails to dry. I went to Tony's today on suggestions from coworkers. I showed them a photo of simple daisys I wanted on my ring finger and the color (picked out on the gel color sheet) and everyone agreed it was doable and would be done. well, once we got to the color it was totally different than the one on the sheet. The woman doing my nails then insisted on arguing that it was the same color. The color on my nails was orange.. The color on the chart was yellow, same number. She acted very upset when I asked to just do one all over color no design at all and was pretty rough with my hands from then on out. First time going, as well as the last time. read more

Enjoyed a spa pedicure here while visiting town to see my parents. It's a smaller salon (4 spa pedicure chairs and 4 manicure stations), but the quality is good and the salon is very clean. The equipment all seems very new and the massage chairs are very comfortable. Given that this place is the only nail salon in town they take a lot of appointments and it seems to fill up fast. So my mother and I made an appointment. They were willing to take us at 9am (an hour before the scheduled open time) so we could have an appointment together. The spa pedicure was excellent. Took about 45 min and the scrub and masque they used on my legs smelled great and left my legs feeling energized. The technician did a great job on the cuticle trimming and was meticulous with the painting and design she applied. I will definitely return here again when I am in town! read more

I called and made an appointment for acrylics (not gel) later in the day. It's a very cute, smaller nail salon. My nails look great but he really glued my skin on my thumbs to the nail and it hurt when he tried to get it off (he couldn't). Really can't beat the price and the quality of work though. It was 25 dollars not including tip. I paid 40$ at another place and it was horribly done (lumpy gel) and the lady didn't give me the right nail size. The end result of my nails is phenomenal. I was really skeptical at first, but she did a great job! The salon itself isn't anything fancy, but it's not gross either. At the end of my shellac manicure, she gave me a nice long hand massage and a wax dip which was a really nice touch! There's only 2 of them working there, so it's best to make an appointment because they're really busy. I showed up a few minutes late and he was very understanding. I was seated immediately, and he started friendly conversation. This was a pleasant surprise since my normal nail lady never says a word. Tony was very meticulous and made sure all of my nails were the exact same shape and length. It was a while since I got my nails done and my sister and I are going on vacation so I thought "why not" I've had weird experiences at Tony's nails before but they had the best reviews in ellensburg so I made an appointment anyway. They didn't burn me once which is nice (getting acrylics) and the shape was okay too. Their customer service absolutely was horrendous and not creative at all. We left feeling like they hated us and with my nails unfinished! When I complimented the shape of the acrylic nail or that he didn't burn me he COMPLETELY IGNORED ME. And it wasn't just that time they ignored us, They ignored every conversation my sister and I tried to start. And we were in a very good mood, laughing and talking the entire time but they refused to speak unless they absolutely HAD to. We felt extremely uncomfortable, ignored, and actually felt like they were mad at each other or at us. Worst nail experience yet. They seemed Miserable. They didn't speak to each other and never even said thank you when I complimented them on doing a good job. To make the customer service even worse; this is my main complaint. I showed them what design I wanted in the beginning (it was a fern leaf that I can literally do myself if I buy the polish) and he said OK and they referred to the photo countless times throughout the session waking my phone up and passing my phone to one another when I switched seats. I was sent over to let my nails dry (which I figured was so they could put the design on after, I thought was strange because I have had my nails done literally hundreds of times by many salons that I've been happy with... but I followed their steps anyway) as my sister finished with her nails I waited my turn to get mine finished. When she was done I sat back in the chair and the OWNER stood up and stared down at me so rudely and said "uhm. I need that chair." And I told him I still needed the design.... he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about, not being nice At All and when I showed him the photo that was sitting on the table the entire time he just said "oh. I can't do that, sorry." We felt so so uncomfortable and as if we were the bad guys. They were extremely rude and unable to do simple nail nails. read more

As a man it's hard life if you'r fiancé turned you on to pedicures... But Tony's is THE BEST! I'm here, from GA, doing a surgical rotation. Figured after doing 3 weeks of surgery, and all my patients still living I should indulge in one of my hidden vices... For $25 the lady did the usual, cut, buff and polish but then she scrubbed my calves and feet THEN applied this greed muddy stuff that was totally amazing... But that wasn't all... After cleaning that off she massaged my worn out legs for THRITY MINUTES!!! Seriously it was amazing. After being on my feet for 14+ hours a day she went to town on my legs and feet until I almost fell asleep in the chair. So, coming from a guy who's been a fire fighter, medic and SWAT officer for the Sheriff's Department I gotta tell ya Tony's rocks! I tipped almost 50% I will for sure be returning!! read more

Best gel manicure ever, for only $30! In addition to their GIANT wall of regular colors, they also had about 100 gel colors to choose from. Somehow this place manages to be quick and efficient with their customers yet still take the time to get your nails perfect; I have never been to a nail shop that combined some precision with efficiency-- love it! Plus the owners/technicians are very friendly people. Everything is clean and the prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of work they do. I have been to full-service, upscale salons in Seattle that cost twice as much and they no longer hold a candle to Tony's! My only regret is not getting a pedicure, too, at my appointment!
