They do most of their business online but their bricks and mortar shop/warehouse is currently open from 12-3 PM Tuesdays through Saturdays.  Regarding COVID-19 precautions, they only allow 10 customers inside at a time (a sign outside instructs you to take a number), and masks are required. There's plenty of room to maneuver away from other shoppers since the floor is spacious. The skein shopping is unparalleled, with cubbies upon cubbies of favorites like Malabrigo, Madelinetosh, Manos del Uruguay, and Cascade. I had to refrain from prancing and twirling around in the aisles all giddy. The quantities and colorways are eye-popping! ESK has a Yarnathon rewards program where you can get bonuses for reaching yardage milestones. You also receive a scratch-off lotto ticket each time you buy something; you can score prizes like store credit and extra yardage. The employees are nice and helpful so don't hesitate to ask for assistance. And there's more yarn in the back in case you don't see what you need. I've also ordered online; purchases are shipped the next day or so, packed in bright tissue paper. When he went to use it two days later, he discovered it was mostly dirt and pulverized debris--not the Pine Bark Nuggets he paid for. He returned to the store, where an employee even acknowledged remembering him and the original purchase. The material was unloaded and taken back by the company. However, when my father requested a refund, he was told it could not be issued without a receipt. So to be clear--they took back the incorrect product, which they now have in their possession again (and can likely resell), but refused to refund him. That's not just poor customer service--that's bad business practice. When a company sells the wrong product and then refuses to make it right, even after acknowledging the sale, it raises serious concerns about integrity and accountability. I would strongly caution others to double-check what they are getting before leaving, because if there's an issue, don't expect it to be handled fairly.

Update: The wedding went very well. Good thing it didn't rain and all the rain happened earlier in the week before the wedding. The wedding was a combined Indian and American wedding. The area was available to setup the Mandap which is the center stage for the Indian wedding. The groom and I with the rest of their families helped setup the place. We added some lighting as well. At a clear night, you can see all the stars. It was a spectacular view to end the night. Make sure you download a good star gazing app to know the constellations. The staff was unprepared, unprofessional and incredibly flippant when issues were brought to their attention. The mother of the bride was interrupted and called away from her daughter(the bride)several times to deal with details that had been discussed 3 separate times, after 3 two-hour long distance trips to this location. Details that had been meticulously discussed during numerous emails, phone calls and and written down with several people (including the owner/planner). The owner/planner apparently never attends the events, but instead places a "stand-in planner" to take her place. ...This was never discussed with us.... Somehow, our spectacularly detailed emails, plans and itinerary did NOT get passed along to the stand-in planner! GUESTS were actually called upon by the same uninformed staff members to help place things, answer questions and direct as to where the items should go! When confronted with our concerns, the stand-in planner blatantly stated that "the owner does this all the time and they never gave her the details" What??? Then, Why did we pay for a planner??? Why did we drive 2 hours on 3 different trips to have wedding-planning-meetings????? The passing-the-blame situation caused for the mother of the bride to miss sweet moments (dressing her daughter in her wedding dress) and her father to miss her send off with sparklers from the wedding (he was asked to move his truck) , memories this family can NEVER get back. According to the stand-in planner these types of situations have been the norm at this venue. I suggest that this venue gets its act together, so no other family has to needlessly stress on such a special day, as we did. I'm saddened that this happened to my family, so many people came from all corners of Georgia, to be here for our special day, and unfortunately what was remembered from this day, was stress, anger and broken promises. P.S hire your own planner and bring them with you to be safe!

They said they some 4x5 rolls of cow hay at $40 dollars a roll and some at $90 a roll. I went with the cheaper one and that was a mistake. I looked pretty bad, but I was hoping it would get me through the week till I could located a new source. Nope, cows want eat this junk,,,, it should listed and sold as mulch hay,,,its not fit for cows or goats.
