Seasoned perfectly, fried perfectly, and honestly just one of those dishes where you take a bite and immediately know they know what they're doing. I made the rookie mistake of coming in right before closing, so they were out of a few things--including the black rice. But that white rice? Better than 90% of the rice I've probably ever had. Haitians make the best rice. I'm willing to die on that hill. And what made this visit even more memorable was that it wasn't just about the food. The dining space was really nice, and the customer service was excellent. And if you know Haitian restaurants, you know I'm saying a LOT when I point that out.
