Since, I did not know the exact location of the tank RIchard had to spend a fair amount of time locating the tank. I had another company try and locate it but they gave up. Richard worked very hard and was able to locate the tank. He did this without complaining and his only goal was to complete the service we had requested. Once, he found the tank he had to dig a large hole and he did this without complaint. He cleaned the tank and gave me advice on the proper care of a septic system. In addition he advised me to have a cap installed. He provided the POC of a campany and I was able to get it installed the next day. It was great to work with such a professional company!!

I called for a new septic tank installation and was given an affordable quote. A tech was on site…read morein about an hour and explained what needed to be done. He was able to dig up the old tank, had it emptied, crushed it and buried it. He dug a pit for the new much larger tank and the new tank was delivered ready to be dropped in the pit. This was all done in only a few hours. Day two there were two guys here bright and early to dig the new drain fields and the rest of the install went fast and efficient. I was very impressed with all of this companies employees. I paid the quoted price and don't think anyone else could do all this work for less. INCREDIBLY DISSAPOINTED! BE WARNED!…read more We scheduled a service call for March 24th, 2026 and were told that the technician would be there in the afternoon and would call on his way. We took off work and waited. Text messages came assuring us they were on their way several times, only to get a voicemail later that they should have scheduled it early in the morning since there were 3 air conditioners and wouldn't make it. I called back, rescheduled for today April 14th. I received a text message this morning letting me know I was on the schedule and that they would be in contact with us when the tech was on his way. By 11:00am I had heard nothing. I contacted them (all done through AI mind you) and they said they heard my concern and someone would be coming out still today. At 3:00pm I contacted them again and they said now, the gentleman that was scheduled to come out here was stuck and couldn't come out until tomorrow...So do you think they were actually going to come out tomorrow? The answer is no. I live in a rural town which they CLAIM to service but its only if you are convenient. Poor planning, poor scheduling, they will drop you for their higher paying jobs. They don't care to lose your service because they can't keep up with it anyways. Take my advice and call someone else. Insincere. Diengenous. Should probably higher some real people. Now certainly wouldn't trust them to do a good job and not rush to something else.
