Rooted in Ooltewah is a phenomenal workout experience! I started it not knowing what spin classes were like, and as someone often intimidated by gym experiences, there was no need to worry or feel uncomfortable. Chelsya and all the instructors are incredibly friendly, encouraging and kind and they ensure a positive atmosphere throughout every session. Every workout is intense but not overwhelming and the instructors and music keep you motivated and engaged. It is hard but way more fun than I expected! Loving it! read more

Rooted in Ooltewah is THAT girl. I was visiting and didn't want to fall off my normal routine, so I dropped in and omg, I'm obsessed. Chelsya was incredible! she personally welcomed us the second we walked in and helped get the bike set up so we felt totally comfortable. Her 30-minute class is short but absolutely not "easy" it was a legit workout, and she's so motivating with constant energy and shoutouts that keep you pushing. The studio is also sooo cute and aesthetic (like, you want to take a pic before you sweat). Plus they have tons of amenities merch, energy drinks, and waters ready to go. If you're in town, don't skip this place. read more
