Additionally, on the door they do have a sign requesting you to turn off your phone and no photos. Had the previous reviewer realized this, I think their experience would had been very different at the store. In any event, my experience was wonderful! The owners were two of the nicest people I've ever met. I liked the store so much, I ended up going back later in the day to buy extra items. I went in expecting to buy a few items and left with many items, including a few free items the man threw in for me, which was a pleasant surprise. Their prices are very reasonable, in fact on some items I purchased, I looked on Amazon and the stores prices were lower! They include a information sheet for each gemstone you purchase.
