Exceptional Law Firm - 10 Stars if I Could!…read more If 10 stars were an option, Minevich Law Firm would earn every one. If you're reading this, take it as your sign to hire them. Gary Minevich, Faina (his paralegal), and the rest of the team did an outstanding job on my case, working tirelessly and collaboratively to secure maximum compensation. As a former client, I can assure you they go above and beyond to provide the best care, protect your rights, and prioritize your best interests. The team at Minevich Law Firm is ethical, responsive, compassionate, and driven to deliver the results you deserve. This law firm will always be my go-to, and I highly recommend them to you without hesitation.

Unfortunately, I signed the agreement with this company in December 2022, based on friends'…read morerecommendations. At the time, they seemed to have fewer clients and were able to manage immigration issues better. I worked with Anton and never met Gary. I only had the chance to speak (email and 2 short calls) with him when I asked about the refund and contract cancellation. In 2022, Anton seemed very professional and helpful, but he ignored my concerns. When I finally saw my petition for the first time in July 2025, I discovered some very interesting things about my life and the reasons I am asking for asylum. After that, I requested a meeting, and Anton told me that 9 out of 10 of their clients get a Green Card. I trust him. However, there's a small nuance here. I know a couple of people who got their Green Cards through marriage. Yes, they count as well. ;) Communications with Anton were terrible and full of lies. He lied to me, saying that all the documents were submitted in start of January, when in fact, they were submitted in February. He ignored my texts and responded months later regarding the case issues. But when I asked about something new that seemed like an opportunity for him to make more money, he reacted very quickly. And yes, all the evidence was provided to Gary by email. I paid a lot for their services. In fact, I was given wrong information it the petition with Antons words: "we can fix it anytime"! I was ignored and had a horrible experience with those I was paying for services. And yes, I paid on time. Anton acted... when I wasn't sure. The plot twist came when they sent me information saying I should receive $500 as a refund. Does this mean that their work on the court or interview is only worth $500? I was also upset when I told Mr. Minevich that I had sent his offer to my legal team, and instead of responding that it would be easier for both sides to resolve the issue as a client-provider, he wished me to "take care" and decided to speak with my legal representatives. Well, I'm fine with that, but I would not recommend working with this company to anyone who truly cares about their money, nerves, and overall experience.

I hired this attorney over a year ago to file a motion to reopen my immigration case, which has…read morebeen pending for more than 20 years. While the motion was ultimately filed after almost 9 months, I was very disappointed with the overall communication and client service I received throughout the process. From the beginning, it was extremely difficult to reach my attorney. Calls and follow-up requests often went unanswered, and when I contacted the office for updates or to schedule a conversation, I frequently felt that my concerns were met with impatience and attitude rather than professionalism and support. (cherry) I provided extensive documentation and evidence to support my case, including records that I believed were important to establishing the facts and strengthening the motion. After reviewing the outcome, I was left questioning whether all of the available evidence and arguments had been fully utilized or presented as effectively as they could have been. This concern was never adequately addressed because I was unable to have a meaningful discussion with my attorney about the strategy behind the filing or the court's response. When we received a response to the motion, there was no proactive outreach from the attorney to discuss the outcome, explain its implications, or provide guidance on possible next steps. Instead, I received a generic email from the office without any meaningful explanation or follow-up. Immigration cases are life-changing matters that carry significant emotional and legal consequences. As a client, I expected strategic guidance, communication, and a clear discussion of my options. Instead, I felt responsible for constantly following up, researching my own case, and trying to determine what the next steps should be. What concerns me most is that after more than a year of representation, I still felt like I was navigating much of this process on my own. Rather than receiving clear guidance on how to proceed after the decision, I was left searching for answers myself. Given her experience in immigration law, I expected more direction and a better understanding of the available options and procedures. This isnt her first case that's been denied by an immigration judge..... As a result, I am now seeking new legal representation to pursue an appeal before the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) and continue working toward resolving my case. Based on my experience, I would not hire this attorney again. Clients deserve clear communication, responsiveness, and guidance when dealing with matters that can have a lasting impact on their lives and families.

He went with him to his hearing to extend his VISA because he needed surgery, and would not be able to fly for 6 weeks afterwards. John took every bit of weight off our shoulders. In 2016, we made the decision to get married. It wasn't even a consideration not to include John and his staff to secure his permanent residence. Because of all the turmoil around immigrants in the U.S. at the time, we found ourselves in an unfriendly and suspicious environment. However, John and his staff made us feel protected and confident that things would be okay. Having him and his staff on our side made getting his green card possible. They played defense for us every time. We could not have done it without them. In every conversation, John was always candid and straight up with information. He told us exactly what the challenges would be. But always followed with "and here's what we're going to do." He really knows his stuff. Fast forward to July 2024 and Germany allows dual citizenship. One email to John and his team, and it was on. Step by step along the way, from getting the application filled out, making all the arrangements, to ensuring everything was on track, it was seamless. The peace of mind, again, in knowing that if we missed something they would not was priceless. They didn't disappoint once. Mary Anne was amazing throughout the citizenship process. She even scheduled a zoom call prior to his interview to make sure he was ready. Going so far as to quiz him on his questions and coaching him on what exactly to expect. When the day came we were 100 percent prepared and confident. It was flawless. With all the uncertainties today, I cannot imagine not having John and Marry Anne by our side as we made this final step. They are talented, capable, reliable, trustworthy, caring and all around amazing human beings.

I'm writing this review after many years of trusting John Perry and Associates, and I can honestly…read moresay I am deeply disappointed. This firm charges extremely high fees yet shows a complete lack of responsibility and professionalism. My sister -- whom I personally recommended to them -- waited over two years for her adjustment of status interview. When the day finally arrived, their incompetence caused her case to be postponed indefinitely. All because her medical exam had expired -- something any experienced immigration attorney should have verified and renewed in time. There is absolutely no excuse for such a careless mistake, especially from a firm that claims to have decades of experience. Even the immigration officer who was supposed to conduct my sister's interview stated that everything in her case looked fine and in order, but that due to the new government regulations, they can no longer overlook any missing or outdated document. Because of this, her interview was canceled, and now we are left waiting indefinitely. This entire situation has been extremely frustrating and stressful for my sister and our entire family. It's unacceptable that a firm entrusted with people's futures would handle such important cases so lightly. We have been loyal clients of John Perry and Associates since 1999, and I'm ashamed to have recommended them to so many people. Unfortunately, this experience has completely destroyed my trust in this law firm.

The same guy was telling an artist friend of mine. It's impossible for her to get the O1 visa. Kate Raynor comes in, Gets my friend her O1 Visa in record time, then takes over my case. Ever since then, I have had the most professional, detail oriented, and extremely pleasant experience working with Kate Raynor's law firm. I worked directly with Lissette & Valerie as well as Alycia and many other great team members helping. The fees were great and surprisingly low compared to the quality of service and knowledge I was getting in return. My family is going to continue using Kate Raynor's law firm. I very very highly recommend working exclusively with this excellent team. You can't go wrong, unless you go elsewhere.

The firm charges very high fees ($20k+) yet Natasha and Cameron were extremely difficult to reach, and no one EVER picked up the phone to speak with me. All communication was through email. The case they prepped for me was DENIED, and I received VERY little support when I needed to submit RFE. I was charged MORE for additional responses and assistance. The phone receptionist was also rude and impatient, telling me the earliest I could schedule a call with anyone was TWO WEEKS away even though my response deadline was approaching!! I don't usually leave bad reviews but this one was necessary
