This review is for Yan Goldsenberg!!!!!…read more Oh my god!!! The first time we talked, he gave me 45min of his time freely to tell me how everything works, time frame, process and all and all to navigate the system and understand my options!!! When it was supposed to be a 15min courteous call. Wow wow wow!!!! I asked 100 questions and he answered each one with kindness and humility. I was blown away!!!!!! If you need a straight forward help with filing, you MUST get Yan becuz he is the kind of human being that works with virtuous beliefs and is just incredibly kind. I did not know this kind of attorney still exist in the world today. #incredible My "what if's" were driving me insane, so not only I asked immediate questions, I asked a BUNCH of subsequent questions trying to predict the future, and all the details along with it about time frame, procedure etc etc... After 2 consults with Yan, I immediately felt liberated after he addressed all of my fears. And that is HUGE!!!!! This is your LIFE on the line and the system is chaotic and very flawed. Most attorneys in this field have no moral compass and filled with greed, they see dollars and cents. Your fear and worries are stress they don't wanna have to deal with. I experienced that hands on during my emergency. Not to mentioned getting hung up by an attorneys included. #WTF ( Adam Green ) As for my own attorney ( Richard Tashjian ), his misrepresentation and callousness wasted me so much freaking time for NOTHING, not to mention after tens of thousands are spent. He's a mean greedy bastard, dismissive, careless, egoistical, and heartless. RUN FARRRRRR!!! All that being said, if not for Yelp, I would not have been able to be "referred" to Yan, thank you yelpers. Yan is the MAN! Stay away!!!!!!!!!!! * Mattspaulding - he is referred to me & yes he is very good as well. The convo gave great info, I was pleased. ----------------------

Do not use Joe Adams & Associates under any circumstances…read more Our experience with Joseph Adams essentially turned my wife's and my life upside down and cost us more than $10,000 in damages. We hired Mr Adams to handle my immigration case. When USCIS issued a Request for Evidence, his response was sent at the last possible moment by overnight delivery, without giving me a meaningful opportunity to review it. More importantly, a key requirement in the RFE was not properly addressed. USCIS denied my application for that exact reason. We were then left to deal with the consequences. Our immigration plans were thrown into chaos, we incurred thousands of dollars in additional costs, and I ultimately had to take Mr Adams to small claims court. I won. Mr Adams challenged that judgment and the case was heard again before another judge. I won again. His subsequent challenge was dismissed. What concerned me even more was what happened after the immigration denial. Mr Adams proposed an O-1 visa "workaround" which, as it was explained to me, I believed would require presenting circumstances to USCIS that were not true. I refused. I have submitted the evidence relating to that proposal to the California State Bar. I also subsequently discovered that Mr Adams had previously been suspended by the California State Bar following disciplinary proceedings involving failures of competence and diligence. Remarkably, that disciplinary history included another immigration matter involving an O-1 petition. We were never told about this when we hired him. Anyone considering this firm should look up Joseph Adams, California Bar No. 239181, and read the State Bar disciplinary history for themselves. Immigration cases affect people's marriages, careers, finances and ability to live in the same country as their families. Our experience with this firm was genuinely devastating. This isn't a review I have written in the heat of the moment. I went through the court process, put my case before two judges, and prevailed. I would never entrust an immigration matter to Joe Adams & Associates again.

His company, Flaire Talent Cal Inc., which he used to sponsor my O1 visa? Suspended for tax fraud. Oh, and his license? Suspended too. Before I paid him, he masqueraded as a consummate professional. But the moment he got his hands on my $5000+ deposit, the act fell apart. He ghosted me on two scheduled meetings--one because he overslept. The only meeting he did attend? He was late.
