Hi Everyone. Just wanted to explain what happened to my friends and me when we went to this law firm. First of all, when my friends went there they had hit and run case. When we came to the office (I went with my friends) Gary(lawyer) didn't even met us his assistant Faina met us that day. She talk a lot about different things but not their cases even thought she said didn't have much time( we spent about an hour talking about nothing). The guys that I referred there just came from Ukraine and had 0 idea how it all works. She offered to me to step up outside and offered me to tell them to take 33% like it's a good deal and if I do that they will give me $700. I refused to do that. I had case with them before and my case was taken cared ok with only thing that I always had to remind them to schedule an appointment(with my Uber insurance). Anyways, no one taker care of their cases ( they didn't have such a good insurance as Uber). They give the guy who got into the accident rental car then after couple month Faina told him that he needs to pay for rental ( after 3 month) they didn't even told them that they got the check from insurance company. Gary law firm sent his car to the car shop named LAB AUTO COLLISION that they definitely make deals with. They fix car terribly and looks like they took original details from the car and replace them with cheaper one's. The window from the car wasn't even fixed. And Gary offered us to pay for it why if he didn't have deals with them? The question is why they didn't even ask my friend what car shop he wants to fix the car and decided on his behalf? Also they act like they gave them such a favorite giving only 40% and doing nothing and right now they changed the lawyer and new lawyer only taking 33%. I was referred to Gary from a very close friend and usually referals are spot on because some one wittnessed a persons ability and professionalism and with Gary this is so true. I was hit by another person who was making a very fast and unsafe stop and go u turn, and hit me.
