I explained to my massage therapist that I struggled with migraines and she knew EXACTLY what I needed. She found all my tense spots and basically fixed me! Having the massages along the ocean made it an exceptional experience. One goofy part was that you have to pay the massage therapists at the time of service via Venmo/Zelle/cash. I am a massage therapist of 26 years myself and tend to be rather picky.
