I paid £69.95 for what I Could have done with a BOX dye for £5 myself. I was blonde all over I…read moreasked for 4/5" of brown dye on my roots for a dip dye look instead of doin my ROOTS only they did the whole top layer of half of my hair. So I had no dip dye root effect! I wasent happy and told them it was awful I looked like a skunk. So I asked them could they put a few browns through seen as they ruined the look I wanted from the start, so I didn't look like a skunk bearing in mind they are supposed to be professionals and know what they are doing so I trusted them! Well NEVER again They put brown streaks through my hair and it is now all brown and the tiny blonde bits I have left look grey NOTHING like what I wanted or asked for! I even showed them all a photo 3/4 of them were deciding what to do and said yeah it's fine blah blah like they knew what they were doing ! They were extremely rough with my hair yanking my head to the point I could feel strands of my own hair being pulled out. Once I got home my partner noticed the right side of my hair was patchy and goin green prob from where they put brown dye straight onto bleach I have brown hair dye all around my face and look ridiculous! I'm now waiting to get it fixed elsewhere and have to pay more money than what I paid for , for someone else to fix the mess they left me with! I am not one to complain at all it's pissed me off so much that I felt the need to write a review on here. What a waste of £70 and a rip off! I am rating 1 star only because I cannot put 0. I would not recommend this place to ANYONE! Absolutely awful and way over priced for the awful job they did!
