Always a good place. We usually frequent the Polaris location but when in Pickerington we go here. Service always good and beer cold. Food is good. Fried chicken fingers are great dredged in garlic sauce. Tons of TV's make watching the game great. Go here. Good for kids, adults, and everyone in between. read more

Roosters - Get the chicken fingers fried and dipped in Garlic. Awesome! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Pickerington, Ohio

Lots of TV's but service is pretty poor. Food is average to below avg. Server screwed up our order but most of the staff seems very young and probably could use some better training. Wouldn't recommend for lunch or dinner but if you just want a beer and watch the game, then it's ok. I hate giving a bad review given how bad the restaurant business has been hit but this place just isn't very good. read more

In general, each Roosters location is pretty consistent. This location is a great place to go to watch a game, however you may want to plan to be there early because it's all self-seating and there is sometimes a mad dash to catch the next available table. If you're not aggressive, you may not sit for a while. The food is always consistent. They have great wings and side salads. The sandwiches are pretty tasty too, but they do not have wraps so I usually skip the bun for a lower carb version. I always see people having parties or group gatherings, so it's the perfect casual spot to have fun with friends. The atmosphere is pretty loud though, so don't plan on an intimate affair or romantic dinner. I usually have to repeat my sentences or talk loudly to overcome the noise. They also have Keno, which is adds to the fun. read more

This is the first time I have tried this place. I wanted my wings naked so that I can dip it in the many sauces they had to choose from which were fantastic. The ambience was calm and relaxing for large parties and family friendly. The staff was really Inviting. I am glad we tried this place out!! read more

First time patron with a party of four. Let me begin by saying I THINK this place could be 5 stars great, however, tonight leaves me at a solid 3 star. The place is very large, lots of tvs and roomy tables. First strike - there is no drink menu. Maybe there is but our waitress advised us there was not and said they could make margaritas and they had lots of draft beer - ok ..cool? Two draft beers, a Diet Coke and a strawberry margarita took 15 minutes to come out and were dropped off in a drive by fashion. We waited another 10 to order. When we asked questions about what are big sellers, her suggestions - we just got a mediocre "it's ok" response. Hmmmm...slightly concerned going forward now. We ended up getting 40 wings, dumpster tots, and cheese sticks. The best part is you wings can ONLY be one flavor. Seriously?! You can have multiple flavored wings if any combination but it will cost ya 50 cents each flavor - SMH. Our food came out and each of us ate one wing and all asked if the others wings were cold. Lol - all 40 wings were cold and we sent them back. We didn't receive an apology from our waitress - no manager was sent over- but we did watch all 5 cooks make face and touch our wings to check out the temp. So excited about that! We weren't crazy because the party next to us did the exact same thing with their order of wings! The wings came back about 15 minutes later and this time they were HOT - thank you! The flavors were nice and enjoyable. Korean bbq was my personal fave! The night ends and still no apology for the cold food or the long wait. Our waitress wasn't rude, she was t mean ...she just wasn't present in the moment I guess?. We were blown away watching the manager walk around in open toe shoes - thong sandals to be exact. Where we're from - that's a HUGE health code violation and the biggest no-no in food service. Bathrooms were pretty dirty - in need of some clean up through out the day and a little extra house keeping. Like I said - I can see it being a five star place - the food definitely has the potential- but our experience tonight leaves us at three. Good luck! The beer was great!! read more

I've enjoyed Roosters for years down in Lancaster and was super excited for one to finally arrive in Pickerington. For such a new store, the service is great. The place is huge and waiting is little to non-existent. Wings are their staple and they're big and perfectly coated in sauce. On the pricier side, as far as wings go, but are worth it for the size. A great selection of other typical bar & grill food. read more

We had a large gathering at this location last night and the food and staff were OUTSTANDING! The food was excellent and the staff kept everything well stocked for the entire evening. I can't say enough great things about the manager Steve and the 2 ladies that kept the drinks coming for a party of about 60 people. Thanks for a great night! We will be back! read more

Another wings place, are you serious? That's what went through my head when I was invited to a get-together at this local Roosters. Ugh, I'm starting to get sick of chicken wings. Most of the time, you find yourself nawing on a dried-up chicken bone trying to extract a few slivers of edible meat. I suspect that the myriad of sauces that most places now have is a desperate attempt to mask the skimpy, anorexic wings they're pawning off on you (for $12.99!). To be fair to Roosters, it turns out that their wings are a bit better than what you may find at BW3s. The boneless wings were particularly meaty, and I found myself overestimating how much I was actually able to stuff down my gullet. (As an aside, the idea boneless wings annoys me. For real. Can't we just call them chicken nuggets, please?) So, Roosters at least has that going for it. You will indeed get your fair share of ginormous chicken wings albeit for an relatively inflated price. Ther restaurant itself leaves little to be desired though. It's your quintessential sports pub/eatery - a billion flat screens on the wall beaming every sporting event imaginable, unlimited supplies of cheap domestic beer, and an ample collection of servers, hostesses, and bartenders who seem slightly annoyed that they have to wait on you. So, as far as atmosphere, what you see is what you get. Sure, if you're a wings guy (or gal) who loves just hanging out with your comrades at a local watering hole, Roosters won't steer you wrong. It was great for the purpose that it fulfilled on this particular evening - gorging on overpriced wings with some dudes. read more

I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW DELIGHTED I AM BY THE FOOD I WAS SERVED. The service was great. Not only did the food come quick, but it was hot and amazing. I definitely recommend giving this place a try. The environment can be a little loud but is joyful and fun. read more

My son and I come here 1-2 times a month at least! This is his favorite restaurant in the Columbus area for sure. The wings (traditional and boneless) here and other locations are very good, HUGE, with very good sauces to choose from. They have a wide selection of apps, sandwiches, burgers, and pizza to keep you coming back to try different things on the menu. Very large bar, and a bunch of TVs to watch all the sports your heart desires. We LOVE Roosters. We always bring our friends and family here to share the love. read more

Have been eating wings all my life and I must say these are the best I've ever had. They are in the Hooters style with yummy coating on the outside. They are not just thrown in a fryer naked and then tossed in sauce like many other places (BW3). Fried Pickles are good. Staff could be a little nicer....they never smile? read more

Love the wings and variety of sauces that are offered. Grilled fingers are a healthy option as well. The red bacon and blue is one of my favorite salads around. The various appetizer options are extensive. We line the cheesy bacon tots. read more

Went to rooster's for lunch today and was royally impressed with the Pickerington location. Rooster's has some of the best wings in town if not anywhere, and today was no exception. I ordered 10 boneless mild wings extra wet and it seemed like they brought me an entire chicken... The boneless wings were huge! I can not recommend the Pickerington Rooster's enough. Service was delightful and the food was excellent. The restaurant is very clean and has a great atmosphere for a quick lunch or relaxing dinner while watching a game. I do recommend the extra wet wings if you like buffalo flavoring as the wings are breaded and suck up all the flavoring on the standard wings. Extra wet gives then that extra tangy kick. read more

For Jeff's 50th birthday yesterday, he wanted to have his family dinner at Roosters. I know they don't do reservations and we set up for the whole family (20 of us) to do dinner at 6, so they would be less busy. I called the day ahead of time and the young lady that answered told me that she would leave a note for the staff the next day so that they would have a table ready for us. (and that was ALL she told me) We get there at 6, along with 18 others and of course....no table, no knowledge that we were coming. The young lady at the front told my father in law that we could use the party room since they didn't have a spot for us. We all moved back to the party room, which was empty. A few minutes later the manager (Whitney) came in and told us that we would have to wait for a table, or pay $120 for use of the room. We explained that I had called the day before and that they should waive any charge...nope, not happening. She claimed she had no control of the situation....yeah, right. Why would you not waive the charge when your staff screwed up in order to save a check for 20 people...Then told us that the group that had rented the room they had moved to the middle room but WE could pay for the party room. Then told us that she didn't have anyone to wait on us because she had sent a server home because they weren't that busy....yeah, they were on a wait already at 6! Great management there! (I waited tables for YEARS and no decent manager would ever send a server home at 6 for being slow....) We all decided to leave and go somewhere else....thanks for ruining my husbands 50th birthday! And no....we will never be back. You lost 4 families business forever over a $120 fee and poor customer service...and yes, we are there quite often. Shame on you #Roosters Pickerington read more

OMG! Televisions everywhere. Boneless wings were great. They cooked them to my liking and they were cooked the same as in the German Village. Split the wedgy salad and my wife had the chicken sub. It was delicious. Highly recommend Roosters for great wings, good times, and beer. read more

Roosters - Chicken Wings Near Me - Pickerington, Ohio

Let me start by saying my hopes for this place were very high. We were seated outside on a lovely evening and my party of two had some refreshments before the appetizers arrived. We split wings and some fried foods as appetizers. I cannot day enough good things about their wings. They are excellent bone in and boneless they are fresh and cooked to perfection. The fried sides, as soon as I tried them I was disappointed. They're the same frozen fried sides you can find anywhere that uses Gordon food services as a distributor. Bland and flavorless. We then had pizza as an entree and unfortunately it was similar. I recommend this place but only for the ambiance and the wings. read more

First off my family frequently visits your establishment, but yesterday will be the last time. I was served cold wings, (the flap was ice cold) I asked for them to be replaced, and remade, but this time with all drums. The Cook had a great sense of humor as these were so done you could barley get them off the bone. My daughter got boneless wings and unfortunately has been getting sick all night. Waitress was not overly friendly and seemed bothered but did remove the wings off the bill. I definitely should have went to Squeeks across the street.... read more

What a great place this is. If your a sports nut this is a good place to be. The wings are very good not awsome but good. The servers are young so you need to keep on top of them. I had the wings with Pizza which was ok,nothing like tommy's but good. I'd definitely go to this place to watch a game read more

Roosters - Chicken Wings Near Me - Pickerington, Ohio

I amazed how large this place is inside!. Was super packed full of people, but they still kept up with our group of 6 pretty well. So hats off to them for that. Not one of my favorite, more cozy/dim locations, with the main bar just out there in the middle, but for how busy it gets, it works! read more

I love their grilled chicken. Always super busy, which is my only complaint. Clean eating and friendly staff.

Roosters - Bar - Chicken Wings Near Me - Pickerington, Ohio

I would eat here over BWW 7 days a week, twice on Sunday. The food and menu is much better and you still have a great seat anywhere in the house. One of my favorite restaurants in Pickerington no doubt. Service was friendly. Has a little bit of a Texas Roadhouse atmosphere as well, which I like. I would recommend when ordering the chicken fingers you make sure you know if you're getting the breaded or grilled. I had never heard of grilled chicken fingers so we were surprised when they showed up like that. Breaded were much better. read more

Always a fan of Roosters and this is a typical one but they are smart and have a separate area for carry out which helps with flow. I recommend the wings and chips but honestly everything is good. My one complaint is the BLT which use to always be my go to, it was served on a sub bun with LOTS of bacon but now each time I go I get it different ways, sometimes bread sometimes they do a hamburger bun go back to the sub bun. read more

I've been going to roosters for years and it's a great place to have some good food and cold beverages. My experience with every waitress and staff member has always been great and my orders have almost always been perfect. The food and drinks are fairly priced and worth every penny. The great service, good food and cleanliness is what has kept me coming back to roosters for the last 14+ years and I will keep coming back. Not to mention the hours are great since I get off work later in the day read more

The art of customer service is evidently a thing of the past in both Pickerington and Canal area restaurants. Ordered a simple Roosters nest appetizer with no tomatoes and sauce on the side. Got back to find tomatoes and sauce covering the whole thing. Bacon on it was so mushy and appeared raw. Talked to manager and told me I was wrong that the bacon can't possibly be raw since they don't even cook it there... I've never seen precooked bacon that looked like/tasted like/felt like raw meat -I'm just the customer so what do I know. After driving back to get a correct order I asked if we could be compensated since other food would be cold and others already done eating and was told you can either can either get it redone or refunded - nothing extra for ruining a meal or having to drive back wasting gas. Another local restaurant off the list - I'm done with bad customer service and rude staff ! read more

We placed a $95 carry out order on a Saturday afternoon for an early evening pick up. We arrived minutes early and everything was ready to go. When we got home the entire order was correct and everyone was very satisfied. The girl who took the phone order was terrific and they all were also when we picked the order up. read more

Ordered the nachos and buffalo chicken pizza, was good. Also ordered boneless teriyaki wings and got food poisoning from them. The others within the group only had the buffalo chicken pizza and were not sick. The service was terrible too. My wife and I have visited this store before with no issues. On a recent Saturday evening, we arrived and was told 30 minute wait. That's cool. It was expected. After 15 minutes, a man and his Son arrived and was greeted by a waitress with a smile, hug and brief conversation. She then went to the desk and said something to the girls working there. Not long after, the man and son was given a table ahead of us and another couple. I asked what was up with that and was told they were here before us. I watched this all unfold as that waiting area is not big at all. I was told again I was wrong. We left and I complained to the manager. He responded to me and called me and promised he would watch the video and get back to me. 3 weeks later, no response. I left a VM and an email with no response. Poor way to do business. We will not go back. All customers should be treated equally. We were willing to wait our turn. Why not expect others will as well read more

Always a long wait for a table but the are expanding so hopefully that won't always be the case. Very consistent with any other roosters location I've been to. read more

Ordered takeout - computers were down and they were just writing card numbers down (doesn't seem very professional). The restaurant was very busy inside, which may have contributed to the very poor quality of food. I ordered 10 medium wings, which had mushy breading and were swimming in grease - there was no visible sauce on them. Also ordered 10 donkey wings, which also were not done. I was very disappointed with the overall experience, and the wings ended up in the trash. read more

This location is the best location I have been in around the Columbus area! My favorite spot in Pickerington!!! My wife and I love the boneless wings, italian subs, fried pickles, and buffalo pizza. They are all to die for!!! I absolutely love the boneless wings and fried pickles. She loves them too, but really loves the Italian Sub, Fish Sandwich... most everything is home made here, including tartar sauce, ranch, etc. and the wings and fish appear to be hand breaded.
