The delivery team was also excellent, making the entire process seamless. We were so happy with the experience that we've already returned for side tables and are eyeing their beautiful designs for a buffet, rocker, barstools, and a dresser. We love how we're able to collaborate directly with the owner to ensure every piece perfectly fits our space--not only in size but also in style. For our bedroom, which has a Southwestern aesthetic, they worked with us to get the details just right. For other areas of our home, where we're focusing on a modern farmhouse vibe, we appreciate having so many customizable options to bring that vision to life. From the choice of wood to the perfect stain, we get to make each piece uniquely our own.

The lady who was working with us was helpful and arranged a centerpiece for our dining table. Probably not a store for kids as this is mostly just grown up home decor stuff. I have been a…read moreloyal & friendly customer of this store & have always had positive interactions with all of their employees, except their store manager. Recently, when I was trying on clothes, she was very rude to me saying that I had 5 minutes to leave my fitting room, (while no one was waiting, I might add). I simply responded ok & continued shopping. There was no exchange of words. Regardless, I still made a significant purchase that day. Yesterday, when I had called the store & asked to speak to her regarding swapping out a defective piece I had purchased there, she completely went off on me without me being able to say one word. She basically told me that I was banned from coming into the store, never to shop with them again, & that she was not going to provide me a reason for this, & then she said I am going to hang up the phone now. I was completely caught off guard & shocked that she would not even give me a reason!! I have spent a lot of money here & never did anything wrong. This behavior from a store manager is completely unacceptable, disrespectful, unprofessional, & plain rude to treat another human being this way, especially a good customer. (I have worked in many customer service roles & know that is NOT how you treat your customers). The owner needs to address her behavior appropriately, timely & resolve this for me.
