Small but mighty, with great heart. Home Again Consignments truly is adorable, and artistic. My husband and I went investigating Temecula ( which is an amazing place in itself) and stumbled onto (actually we got lost) into Murrieta's Old Town. So happened there was a little Flea Market taking place right front of this (can't help but say this) darling Shop . Which after my second visit (telling ya its AMAZING) met the owner, and shared she routinely brings a collection of Vendors has this Flea Market type venue often. There are few other shops, and an old fashion Donut Store........ ! So please, again think Home Again Consignments & Gift Boutique has a facebook page, couldn't find a website, that has upcoming events. Trust me, those Flea Markets she provides, and her own shop.........well people its like Heaven. 5 plus stars.........trust me its worth your time, and your wallet.

They are now dead, completely lumped over, today (less than 24 hours later). The chocolates were all melted upon opening them immediately after they were delivered, and the foil balloon is no longer floating (they usually last a week at least). I called today to see if they would offer to remedy the situation, and they said "well sorry but it was hot yesterday and your house was hard to find." This is horrible service. DO NOT USE THEM. FYI- other floral companies will resend the flowers again if this happened to them, but not this one. FULL OF EXCUSES!!! AWFUL.!!!!! The worst!

Calling this place a Christian bookstore is a stretch, IMO. They have some Christian merchandise,…read moreyes. But they also resell old DVDs, VHS, toys, knicknacks- it's a hodge podge of interesting to very odd items. Mostly old and dated items. As for the value, I suppose it depends on what you are looking for. It could be a treasure trove to some, I am certain, but personally- it just wasn't what I was looking for. The service was greatly lacking as well, which definitely took away from the experience.

Upon entering, I was not greeted at all. An employee at the front looked at me, and just kept going about her business. I stood next to her, trying to locate the item, and not once did she even ask if I needed help. I was annoyed at that point, and continued looking for the item. I found it and asked the employee at the front if they could cancel my order. Long story short, there is a big disconnect between online orders and the actual store. Sometimes they do not get notified of any online orders. I was told the online order system is inefficient and not like what you would expect when ordering online to store pickup items at big retail stores. They managed to pull my online order, so I didn't need to call customer service to have them cancel my online order. I will say that the 3 women at the registers who helped me were very nice and did not get annoyed about the situation. They were very engaging and I really appreciated their help. One of the employees, Vicky, is truly an angel. She walked with me towards the exit, and then stopped to show me books they sell, where you can record your voice and pass the book on to loved ones. She really got me thinking about how I take for granted the fact that I still have my loved ones. She wasn't trying to sell me the item, but she only brought it up because she has recently lost a loved one. Her story was very touching. Overall, the store was very clean and organized. Yes, I had a bad experience with that one rude employee who didn't acknowledge my existence or help me, but the help I received from the other ladies had made up for it.

I stopped by yesterday, May 9th 2026 to pick up a couple of cards and small gifts to go along with other gifts I purchased for my mom and my son's godmother. Shortly after I walked-in an employee starts complaining (very loud) in the middle of checkout area and next to Mother's Day card area about the amount of customers. She goes on to say the lines have been crazy and people line-up everywhere they can't figure out where the line starts, like children and they are dealing with ADULTS... that they need to TEACH ADULTS TO BE ADULTS ..... and it went on. I was in awe... looked around and those waiting in line pretended they didn't hear anything, a man walked out, others around me ignored her and a lady next to me and I just stared at each other and said we couldn't believe she was expressing that way loudly about the customers and no one told her to "shut up." Other employees just listened and 2 engaged but with a very low voice. Now I was done within 5 minutes, got in line right next to the sign that read "line starts here" and a cashier was looking around to see who was next and called in a lady that was looking for the line - now the customer saw me waiting and apologized, I said "no problem" but did point to the sign to the cashier. I wouldn't have been petty if she (cashier) hadn't been one of the employees that engaged with the one complaining earlier.
