My family and I have been looking for new living room furniture and we also wanted to completely refurnish our bedroom. We had looked at several stores around town but found Rooms For Less to be the absolute worst around. In this case, it's not about the quality of the products, it's about how their employees treat potential customers. My husband and I came in on a Saturday afternoon with our three children in tow. He tried to entertain the children and give me space to look around the store. We made it through about 70% of the store before anyone stopped to greet us. When we were greeted, we were made immediately aware that she was sent over by her boss because she was freaking out about my one year old playing with a foam block. Apparently the foam block she had picked up was used as an example of how their beds or cushions would feel. I just imagine that if this block were so important they would keep it in a safe place or have some sort of label on it. It's very insulting to walk nearly through an entire store, not be greeted or acknowledged, even when you walk in front of employees and to only have someone sent over to protect their precious foam blocks. This is a perfect example of how customer service is dying. Had someone greeted us much sooner, because they valued people who walked through the door, they could of had our business. If you value your hard earned dollars, I would recommend that you stay far away from Rooms For Less because from my experience, they don't value their customers. Clarksville and the surrounding area has many, many choices for furniture shopping. Do yourself a favor and only place as much value in a business as they place on you. read more

In June of 2021 I placed an order for Living Room furniture. The amount was close to $2,000. I had just moved. It's now 2 months later, and after 3 phone calls and 4 emails to Rooms for Less, I STILL HAVENT TALKED TO ANYONE ABOUT MY ORDER. This furniture was IN STOCK when I placed the order. I just sent them an email to cancel the furniture, we will see how many months it takes for them to reply. I worked in Customer Service for years, in a supervisory position, and I believe this is the worst Customer Service I have dealt with I will never order from them again, there's just too much headache involved. If I see a credit to my account before October, I will be greatly surprised. SO DISSATISFIED. read more

We got our sofa here. There is a $50 charge for delivery, so we rented a U-Haul and saved $10. After a week, I found two tiny nails sticking out from the front end. So the quality and workmanship isn't very detailed to perfection. I was able to remove the tiny nails, but I'm disappointed that they were there. It's very comfortable still and we love it. We were able to get the price down a little bit. It would have been nice if they could give us a discount for paying with cash instead of credit. We're still overall happy with our purchase though. read more

Update...so I had issues with my sectional when it was delivered...there were several flaws...I have changed my rating to five stars because the store has fixed the issue by switching out my sectional. Yes I would recommend this store to anyone new in the area or just anyone looking for furniture. You can shop here with confidence knowing they care about their customers. I say this because they didn't ignore my complaint about the flaws in my sectional. This is my 2nd experience with this store . My first experience was pleasant, bought 3 bedroom sets , was delivered within a 2 week period . This order however ..... has been a disastrous nightmare !!! It has been over 2 months since placing my order , I would call to get an update , they say they would call me back , and then don't.....twice !!! If it wasnt for the fact that I realllly need this order because of matching considerations , I would ask for my money back !!! Was told 6 week wait on item I wanted. Sales person tries to upsell me to "in stock" items. Claim floor model could not be sold. Odd considering I'm sitting in a floor model I bought last year along with a floor model ottoman I bought this year. I DO NOT recommend buying a mattress from Rooms for less!!!! Their customer service is great but the reason why I say not to buy a mattress from them is because they do not have any type of trial period for the bed. For example how if you buy a mattress with mattress firm they give you 90 days to try out the mattress and if you don't like it you can return it and get a new one. Rooms for less doesn't even have that for a day. Once you buy that mattress you are stuck with it, regardless of how you sleep. We bought a mattress on a Friday, we laid in the bed, sat on it, bounced on it and truly tested it out in store the best we could. It felt nice and thought we would like it, so we took it home and first night we slept on it, my husband and I both woke up so stiff. We had the worst nights sleep we have had in a very long time. We decided to give it a few more days to see if it would be better, by Monday the bed was still terrible so we called the store to see if we could exchange it for a different mattress. They didn't care about how we were affected by the mattress, didn't say sorry for the bad experience, nothing. Instead they just told us once we buy it there is nothing they can do. Long story short, don't buy a mattress from them, to to mattress firm or another store that will actually let you have a trial window so if you don't end up liking the mattress you can return it or exchange it because the beds don't always feel the same after a full nights sleep on it VS what it felt like in the store. read more

My bed room furniture is beautiful, and the curio I ordered from a picture on line at your site is GORGEOUS!!! I bought a youth bedroom set and mattress set a few days ago. I chose not to have it delivered because I wanted to assemble it myself thinking that it would be very easy...I was so wrong!!! So after a day and a half of attempting to assemble it, I finally broke down and called them for help. Not only did they send someone out to help me but they did it at no cost to me. So thanks to them, my little minion is enjoying her bedroom set and she loves the comfort of her mattress. You cannot beat the quality as well as the prices of their furniture. Went to the store on fort Campbell blvd and left because we were gonna go check out the store on old Trenton road and the lady had already called down there to tell them we were coming and told the other people to add delivery back on the price after she told us free delivery. Wonderful place to buy furniture. We were treated very good by the sales people and the delivery staff was A+. We purchased a complete bedroom set and a couch/loveseat combo. The items we received are very nicely constructed. I would NOT hesitate to ever purchase from Rooms For Less again. had to pay a 50 dollar delivery fee but it was well worth it considering they took care of all the assemble and set everything up and took all the trash away as well and not to mention it was delivered next day. read more

I called today to check on a warranty for a set of Leather massage chairs I purchased 5 or so years back that I'm now having trouble with. The man that answered the phone at the Pensacola Fl location and after I explained why I was calling he said they were not on computers there and I would have to have my original receipt to tell if they were still under warranty. I told him I couldn't believe everyone actually keeps their receipt that long. He said he can't believe they are not on computers either! But he could have tn accountant try and dig a copy of my receipt up but it's probably in some box somewhere in a warehouse who knows where. Besides If I think it's been 5 years most likely it's out of warranty anyway. What terrible customer service, I'm very disappointed and won't be back. read more

We purchased furniture from this store in January of this year. The salesperson was extremely "hyper". She reminded me of a shark during a feeding frenzy... One of the items purchased was a couch. About a month later I found a picture that had fallen down on the inside of the bottom cushion...it was a picture of a group of ppl. partying...and they were sitting on "that particular" couch! I will NEVER go anywhere for furniture. Our journey with rooms for less started the day after Christmas when my father in law had back surgery and we needed a comfortable recliner chair that he would be able to sleep in while healing. We went to 3 other furniture stores in the area and were given the run around and they had nothing available for us to take home. My husband and I showed up at Rooms for less on Fort campbell Blvd 15 minutes before they were closing the week of Christmas. We gave them our story and said we needed to know what we could take home today because it was an emergency, and they said pick out what you need.. That was the first impression, which was amazing! We picked our chair up and and brought it home.. The next day, we found ourselves bringing the chair back because it was too low for my father in law to bend down to sit on. We were looking for a lift chair, scared that we would be stuck with what we got, Rawny told us to bring in the old chair and we could again take the lift chair today for our father in law, no hassle. It was amazing and he has been sleeping and practically living in the chair for over a month now. If it wasn't for the chair, he wouldn't be able to sleep or be comfortable. Today I walked in rooms for less again just looking at bedroom furniture to transition to a king size bed. I was met again by Rawny who asked me what I had in mind and showed me where I could find them. I come from a retail sales background and what I have loved about this place is when I step foot in there, there isn't pressure to buy anything, or the most expensive. She checked back on me and I had one in mind but I have been hesitant on buying all new furniture because it is a very expensive investment.. She again was patient with me and told me about the financing options and also since we had to order, I could put some down and pay the rest when it comes in, so I went with that option. After I left, my husband decided he wanted the bed with the storage so again thinking I had already ordered the regular, we would have to deal with what we got, Rawny came to the rescue again. She sent me pictures making sure I liked the one we were switching too and took the time to get us what we wanted on our order and we also decided to set up delivery because we are confident that they will take care of us as they already have.. I can't say enough good things about Rawny and the team and Rooms for less on fort campbell blvd in Clarksville. They helped us in a crisis and a very overwhelming situation when nobody else seemed to care. I told my husband when we left that day picking up the chair that I would never get furniture any where else and I meant it. I didn't think I'd be back a month later picking out a whole new furniture set lol, but I will only do my business here with Rawny. I went here when I first moved to Clarksville after I already tried about five other places and the prices were by far the best for the quality of stuff we got. My sales representative was Briana and she was super helpful and answered all of the questions we had. Just by the friendly interaction with Briana, it made me want to purchase my furniture from here instead of anywhere else. I ended up purchasing a bedroom set and I absolutely love it! So far I have no issues. Since then I have been back to purchase additional furniture for my babies room and happened to have assistance from the same sales representative. I bought my sons mattress here and had nothing but problems with it. !st mattress started dipping in the middle and so I got it replaced by them. Then the 2nd mattress started doing the same thing, so they sent someone out to look at it and now no one has called me back on when we will be getting a new one. I finally got in touch with someone today to only tell me they would call me back. Well they never did. Her name is Theresa the store manager. What poor customer service they give. Theresa might want to look into how to treat a customer. Her skills are poor. SO I had to call back this evening to see why I havnt got a call back from her yet to be told that she will call the wharehouse guy to see what is going on? Really? Ok, so they finally call back and then tell me oh hes gone home for the day. We will have to call you on monday. So at this point Im done playing games, I just want my $ back. Im done with these people. The mattress is a Sealy and usually they are good ones, but this has to be the worst mattress Ive ever bought. They will never get my $ again. We just purchased a reclining sectional from there and we LOVE it. We did notice a tiny spot where the fabric had come apart along one of the seems, but they fixed it and gave us $50 off the purchase price. The people who work there were VERY pleasant and helpful and gave us our space while shopping and were not pushy, which I liked. Going to Webb 1000.00 in recliners got one back a week later now another one is screwed the stuffing in the arms fell down and cushion on the seat fell the boards called the store twice both times let me call you right back still nothing what do you do find some one that wants your bussneiss and I found that at webbs its a shame ya have to pay for trash the one I took to the dump was better..so long rooms for less read more
