Bought a sofa and recliner reclining set . Paid for a warranty to protect the furniture. Got the furniture delivered, was to be in boxes, hence why it was delivered. Surprisingly it came, but not in boxes. Was already put together, so nice suprise. We did not have any product tags to know what care we need to do to maintain the newness of the furniture. Also no paperwork other than our receipt of full payment and warranty price. Have called to make sure our set is registered for warranty which they said they do. Also went over a few times to get warranty paperwork. After quite a few calls and trips to the store to get the rest of our information on warranty, we keep being told they will call us back on attaining the warranty info and care directions on furniture. Cassie Hicks was a great sales person I think the problem is now the office people who are suppose to get our things registered for warranty haven't followed thru. Nice place, but follow up after payment is unacceptable. read more

BUYER BEWARE. Rooms 4 Less, where you do not just get less quality for less money, you also get less service! We built a new house, and got brand-new furniture for our girls. Times 5. As we put together the dresser & bedside table for our oldest, we noticed that it was damaged. The wife calls the store, and lets them know, and while they said we could not get a refund, they were going to offer us store credit for the purchase price of $600 Wife was very pleased, but let them know we had to travel out of town for a week, and when she got back we would take care of it. Susan (Gardner - owner) said "no problem, you get store credit , all good!!" We get home. Covid hits. Finally load everything up to head that direction, giving the same woman who promised us a store credit a courtesy call to let them know we are on our way. Susan then had an immediate bout of amnesia. "Nope"...wouldn't take any of it back, or even extend the store credit they offered two weeks ago. NO Thanks!! ..but thank you for the horrible customer service , for not only will I never buy any of your products again, i'm going to continue to tell everybody I know just how horrible this has been from a service issue, then how you go back on your word, and you get a quick bout of amnesia to protect your P&L. We have four more rooms in this house to completely furnish...then an entire basement. You cost yourselves THOUSANDS to save what...$200 bucks after you would have resold this set...again...for what $350? BUYER BEWARE. read more

My family and I have been looking for new living room furniture and we also wanted to completely refurnish our bedroom. We had looked at several stores around town but found Rooms For Less to be the absolute worst around. In this case, it's not about the quality of the products, it's about how their employees treat potential customers. My husband and I came in on a Saturday afternoon with our three children in tow. He tried to entertain the children and give me space to look around the store. We made it through about 70% of the store before anyone stopped to greet us. When we were greeted, we were made immediately aware that she was sent over by her boss because she was freaking out about my one year old playing with a foam block. Apparently the foam block she had picked up was used as an example of how their beds or cushions would feel. I just imagine that if this block were so important they would keep it in a safe place or have some sort of label on it. It's very insulting to walk nearly through an entire store, not be greeted or acknowledged, even when you walk in front of employees and to only have someone sent over to protect their precious foam blocks. This is a perfect example of how customer service is dying. Had someone greeted us much sooner, because they valued people who walked through the door, they could of had our business. If you value your hard earned dollars, I would recommend that you stay far away from Rooms For Less because from my experience, they don't value their customers. Clarksville and the surrounding area has many, many choices for furniture shopping. Do yourself a favor and only place as much value in a business as they place on you. read more

we bought sectional and 2 zero gravity massage chairs at $1k each. spent just under $5k. ALSO BOUGHT THE WORTHLESS WARRANTY. we have both fallen off the chairs- the whole back piece just fell off. obviously, they didn't assemble either chair correctly. spoke with warranty company and they wont take any responsibility. AND they want us to load up the chairs to bring to warehouse to get fixed. NO, you contact the people you contract with and get them to come put it together like they should have in first place. back and forth with them and they just refuse to do the right thing. my atty will be sending a letter shortly. read more

Furniture shopping can be so stressful. I was so happy to shop at rooms for less on Trenton road late last year. The moment I stepped in the door I was greeted with a warm welcome from my new favorite sales person, Barbara. Barbara was was pleasant and never gave me saleswoman vibes. She helped me pick out a sofa that fit my space, aesthetic, and family needs. I never felt like getting my money was her main goal, she made me feel so at home. I got a beautiful new sofa. The sofa was in stock and at a great price. It's nice to shop somewhere that treats you like a friend and not a dollar sign. Thank you to Barbara and Rooms-for Less for a beautiful sofa and a great experience. I went back to shop today. Sadly, I was told Barbara was no longer working there. I purchased a living room suit on June 13 and was told it would be available for delivery on July 13. On July 5 I was called and told due to Covid my availability date would be pushed back to August 7. I completely understood and was okay. Now, as of yesterday August 5 I still assumed my furniture would be here august 7 since I hadn't heard anything back. I called yesterday and they kept giving me the run around on things and informed me that it was pushed back to August 26. Their lack of communication is real! I was supposedly talking to the manager and she said the salesman would have to let me know if I could get a discount due to this, but today the salesman said it was up to the manager. Sounds to me like this store needs to figure out what's really going on. Their customer service is terrible. I asked if I was going to get called if it was pushed back again and my salesman "Vince" told me I needed to call him every Wednesday to get an update. I'm sorry but I don't get a paycheck from you guys therefore shouldn't have to do your job for you. Finally I was told he would refund the delivery cost for all this. Personally I think that's ridiculous since I've been waiting this long for 5 pieces of furniture and who knows when I'll even get it. read more

If you get a chance to work with Mike on any of your concerns, be assured you will be treated with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. Our bed had been damaged in a recent move and in filling out our claim I knew I was missing information. I called this store and Mike picked up on the other end, told me he could help and within 5 minutes I had a copy of our 2012 invoice in my email. I bought a youth dollhouse bedroom set, mattress set and chest a couple of days ago. I chose not to have it delivered and set up because I THOUGHT that I could assemble it myself. I was oh so wrong!!! So after a day and a half of attempting to assemble it, I called them asking for assistance. Not only did they come out to help me, but they did it at no cost to me!!!
