That disrespect even prevented me from purchasing products, known to be cheaper here than other locations. Businesses should never judge. Word gets around fast, if they do. The place was raided multiple times or robbed too many times. This alone scares me. Thats why the one guy sits in his car at night, when I go by. When in the groove, it is not good to constantly hear "I don't see tokens dropping" or "everyone get in your booth" and even "one person per booth" on the loud speaker. It's kinda a distraction. Also demeaning. You would not have an arcade if you really wanted some of these things. I often ride a bike. There is no place to lock it up. That could help some customers. If these do change and I hear peoples' experiences have changed.... I will revise this rating upward. One of my boyfriend's DOES go in back. So he would give me the truth. As for the hours.... Liquor license, but don't sell. Other Lucas County stores have this to be open 24 hrs. That store hops at night, after most close, especially the arcades. Reply to Steve B: If high doors are law, why don't the other locations have them? Other locations throughout Lucas County and Toledo have doors 4-6" off the floor. And you used to have tokens that clogged "G&L" machines, hence their signs. This was during the original GH days, before they were shut. No, I'm not confused. This was the 1990's and early 2000's. Register and counter were moved a few times since I was in, I'm sure. I also remember the dollar bills too. The robberies still make me nervous. But that's part of the history difficult to deal with on your end. Last raid was about drugs... last year. You never mentioned the bike rack or a place to lock a bike. Not that hard to get one.
