If you had a roof installed, with a 30 yr guarantee, and were told that if anything happens in that 30 years they would come and fix or replace without any further charges to you, they lied. Mine was installed in 2012 and 2 weeks ago i found shingles in my yard. I called and they wanted me to send pictures. So, I took pictures and sent to them. I finally got tired of waiting to hear from them so I called them, again. The lady that answered transferred me to the service dept. The guy told me that it would cost me $99. to have an inspector come out. Then informed me that it looked like wind damage, to him, and they dont cover that. So much for the 30 year guarantee. They'll lie to you to just get your money on overpriced materials and work. Then leave you hanging on any repairs needed. Use these people at your own risk. read more

Ben Love this is for you. I want to thank you for taking care of the problems that existed. You went above and beyond. Thank you for replacing my rhodedenron. Thank you again all of the guys who did my roof. You were very personal and cleaned the mess up, and I did not even find a nail. Thanks again so much. read more
