His tactics are suspect to say the least. I asked the roofing crew to properly brace the new rafters down to load bearing. They did not. Josh Doyle again let me down about getting someone to come and properly fix the issue and brace the rafters properly. I would never use this company again for these reasons

The other roofers missed this one. I needed new flashing around the fireplace chimney. It was no problem for them since they have a metal shop also. They also came out to give a quote on my father's roof and we waited 2 months with no further responses from the owner, he later told us he didn't think he would get the job so he didn't bother making out a quote. Not very professional in my opinion.
