I rescheduled that appointment because I didn't want him working in the rain. Monday morning, he was a no- show and did not let me know until 10 min after the meet up time. This is my first and last time trying mobile services. Sure, it's convenient but it's also shooting darts in the dark due to environmental factors. It's fine, I'll get it redone elsewhere. I'm redacting only 2 stars because he's a nice guy, but I suggest he keep his word and schedule better.

I take full responsibility for not following my first mind. He never told me that the side tint would be a different color/shade from my factory tint in the back. In addition, the front strip tint was darker than the back window tint. So there you have it, 3 different shades of tint on my brand new car. I asked him about that and to perhaps correct/fix it so it will be close to the same shade, of course he got really angry and said I'll just give you a refund Maam. Okay, he gaslighted me saying he refunded my account already. After waiting 2 weeks, nothing deposited! Another 2 weeks of waitin-nothing!! After stopping by the business to check status, he looks at my car and see it tinted the right way from SPF (all 1 color), begins laughing and stated "You paid them to do the same thing I did" then recanted his original statement to give a refund.
