One grandkid is 4 years old, a little to young for the program but Erin welcomed him and was still very attentive to him with him being so busy as a younger child would be :) He is still talking about going back, unbelievable! The class was 2 hours and very educational and more than I expected from it. The 2 hours never felt like it. Because Erin also educated you with protection methods, along with ways to be aware of things around you and information you should know at any given time. How to address unexpected situations of possible harm. How to escape and protect yourself. It was a WOW of a time. I feel like this was the best spent time and money over any entertainment. Equipment needs attention and calibration. They leave the suggestion box there for that reason. They haven't cleaned the piss off the walls in the men's room for at least 60 days. Spit, sweat, and filth is all over the equipment. I explained that if something wasn't done I'd voice my opinion on the internet. To my surprise, I was LOCKED OUT TONIGHT. Instead of fixing the issue, they canceled my membership. UNREAL.

I've been there 4 times now and there is no staff during their "staff hours" when I dropped by. one of those days they did have a sign up saying they were sick and they'd be in the next day.. I showed up and there was another sign saying they were sick so I thought I'd wait till next week. Next week came and I show up on Monday at 4... no sign and again no staff. Then today I show up again at 5.. and no staff. I've called them twice and again no answer or returned call. I think I'm going to look into Gymbos.. if anyone works out there let me know what you think.
