How she should have said sorry we'll call your Dentist and get x-ray's we didn't look at your 14 page that had all that information or we will make another appointment. Best yet I sent 2 other people there 1 needs a lot of work the other just needs cleaning which on phone was told to bring x-rays. We were all changing because they took our insurance. After the X-ray was taken, his tech advised me that he wanted to do a scan at an additional cost of $1100, to be sure that the tooth next to it was not involved.
