However, our experience took a turn when we went to pick up the truck after purchasing. After driving over 3 hours to get there, we found the truck exterior dirty and with only 2 miles left until empty. When we kindly asked if they could at least fill it up, they told us there's a gas station across the street. I believe that filling and washing the customer's vehicle is common courtesy before pick up at a dealership. It was very disappointing to see that this wasn't the case here.

After these items were…read more"fixed," I went to pick my vehicle up and it was leaking oil, which it had not been doing before. $300 and another part later, that problem was finally addressed. Decided to give them another chance. Asked to have a couple of lights fixed while they changed my oil. Was charged for the fix, but the lights were not replaced and didn't work. Took it back in and was told that the owner had personally checked everything and that it had been working- there must be a problem with the wiring. Left without a refund or a fix, I wasn't going down this road again. Pulled and replaced the bulbs myself for much cheaper. Plugged new lights in and they worked without an issue.

I have had 1 good experience with West with a battery replacement. I have 1 crappy one with them…read more 2nd is with back window of 2019 ram 1500. Called about a problem with RF module and truck not starting on raining days. Was called back by service person that said with the back window leaking it might be a warranty issue with the back glass. Called the body shop and was told no my truck did not qualify and it would cost about 200 bucks to reseal back glass. Called another Ram dealership close and they not only warrantied the back glass but also the RF Module because my truck did actually qualify. It should be noted that I had my wife's truck there and they did great job and asked about the leaking back glass a year or so ago and was told my options then were replace the entire glass at around 15 to 1800 bucks. I get all places have different prices and I respect that. Warranty work should not apply and just be done. This is my 5th Ram since 2009. They have good and bad sides to this place. The service part and other staff did great. The body shop that I had to deal with and the back glass I can't completely recommend.

He expressed his absolute interest in purchasing the truck and told him he would be there Saturday as it is a 3 hour drive from us. My husband loaded a trailer to his truck and pulled out at 7am Saturday morning only to get there and be told they sold it Friday. The courteous thing would have been to contact my husband and let him know they had sold it. It cost my husband fuel and time traveling in horrible weather for no reason.
