I came in to return a completely defective item that they sold me. Instead of acting like professionals, listening to the issue, or offering a refund, the staff became extremely rude and highly argumentative. It escalated to the point where they actually threatened to call the police just because I wanted to return a broken product! They completely refused to issue a refund or exchange, offering zero explanation or basic courtesy. It is absolutely mind-boggling how a business like this stays open. They are selling cheap, low-quality junk at premium prices, and the moment something goes wrong, they treat their customers like criminals. Save your hard-earned money and protect your peace of mind. Do not waste a single dime or a second of your time here. Absolutely pathetic customer service. Update: the response review that owner stated is totally lies and not even close to reality. I wanted my parents to be able to visit over a weekend so I researched if there were any local companies that rented ramps on a temporary basis and found a couple. Next Day Access was the only one who I was even able to speak to a real person in a reasonable time. The entire process was so smooth! From scheduling the estimate, to the measuring/estimate, assembly, and removal, the entire team was very customer focused and wonderful. When my parents arrived we discovered that the angle of my driveway where the ramp met was causing some difficulty with a smooth transition onto the ramp. I made one call and they were able to get out to the house quickly to make some adjustments so we could more easily get him onto the ramp!
