The worst customer experience I have ever had to date. Drawings were emailed and a quotation was provided. We then called to place the order with our debit card and Dale was exceptionally rude, lacked the most basic of customer service skills and denied all knowledge of any conversations or quotations being provided - despite us having the email quotation in front of us. We asked if we could speak to a manager or director and Dale refused and said the only way you can speak to anyone is by email. We then called back to complain and spoke to Mr Currie who claimed to be the duty manager. Mr Currie had very similar levels of poor customer service, continually spoke over me, was rude and during the call said that I was incompetent at computers and I must be not be doing very well at the moment and must be having a bad day. Quite frankly we are shocked at the experience with this company - all we were doing was calling up to pay for a quotation that had already been provided - how hard can this really be!
