She was very flexible on timing my massage post epic hike! She welcomed me into her lovely space and I felt right at home. Generally, I tend toward sports massage or deep tissue massage. Eve did all of that AND even integrated structural work, which I hadn't heard of before. It was great learning about a new technique as it was extremely therapeutic! I swear it was like they put on a show for us! Overall it was a magical experience. Cool citrus water was provided. Bring your own towels or rent one for $5. It seemed the cafe was not operating while we were there, so I picked up dinner at a restaurant a few minutes down the road while my sweetheart got his massage. We each had a wonderful 1-hour massage with Lila Lara. She is fantastic! That was the best massage of my life, an integration of Swedish massage, lomi lomi, and craniosacral. Ask them to book you with her when you schedule a massage! I wish we had arrived earlier in the day and booked 1.5 hours for massages. There were a few other people at the pool and a caretaker who checked in with us frequently. This was a great way to get relaxed at the start of our vacation!
