Recently moved to this area. Tried a couple local barbershops and although the cuts were solid the conversation and vibe wasn't right for me. I've now been to Romes a few times and its a really friendly, family staff and my cut is good. I like calling ahead for an appointment after 30 years of walking in even to barbershops I've been a customer for years. Nothing worse than showing up at a barbershop and waiting an hour. Well I have to echo a lot of people on here on the great experience! As noted, this is a family place and each one of them is super friendly. Zac cut my hair and he is just seems naturally nice, and his parents were talking to me as well (and giving some great dining suggestions)! I went here for the first time today and couldn't be happier with everything! The staff is great and extremely friendly. You really get the sense that they love their job and it truly shows. I've been going here for about 6 years now. I'm always happy with the service/haircut. What makes this place special is how friendly they are. We always have a lot of laughs. It's a family atmosphere. They have a cool plexiglass structure with remote cars/trucks for the kids to play with while they wait. A few things to be aware of : They open at 8am on Saturday's. Plan on getting there no later than 7:30am . When the doors open at 8am, there's usually between 8-12 people waiting. read more

Great establishment. There are 4 barbers here. Mark, Heidi, and Zach all take walk ins. They are Mom, Dad and son. Frank takes appointments. For some reason, I usually get Zach! He does a great job. The whole place has a great vibe. They have toys for small children. Plenty of room in the waiting area as well. Highly recommend. They are great and with greatness comes quite a few customers! I have been going to Rome's for several years now. I have finally found someone I can trust! Not only Mark but others including his son, who recently stepped in. If you are looking for a clean fade, look no more. The atmosphere and conversation are great. Walk in service moves fairly quick and every cut if finished with hot cream and a straight edge for the neck followed with a splash of old school after shave. I drive over twenty miles to get here and highly recommend it. read more
