I went here a couple weeks ago and I have to say great please I usually go to King Barber in North Attleboro, but I figured let me give this place a try time is of the essence and I need to find another place in a pinch. A fantastic barber shop in Franklin. I am a fairly new customer and have used it now 3 times. All barbers very skilled with using razors with fade type men's cuts. If you like a certain barber just ask by name. I ask for Mike when I go in every 4 weeks or so. I use to use a hair salon for a men's cut but they are not trained in razor type cuts like a professional barber. In any event, for men's cuts utilizing a razor, top notch place! read more

You know....years back I didn't actually go get a hair-cut. I preferred doing the cheap, trim it all, thumb-head look that was ridiculously convenient. However, after going here my heart has changed and now I just look like an adult sized thumb. Kidding. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I don't seem to need a barber preference here and that's one of the fantastic parts about Cesar's. I can go to any one of these guys and look like I just performed a Pokemon evolution. I'm talking stage 1 to 3. Not this Magikarp tomfoolery. Having just moved to Franklin and,having let my hair grow for a while, needed a trim. The shop was very busy and I had about a 30 minute wait. I got the owners brother who asked me how old I was as soon as I sat down. I told him that I was 76. No comment. I said I wanted a trim on the back but wanted the top left long. He began to cut and after a brief time I said that I wanted it left long. He pulled my hair up on top and said it was long. By this time he had cut way too much off of my head. I have been left with the worst haircut I have ever had. It will take several months to grow out to where I want it. read more

I found this place on google because my fiancé was looking for a new barbershop! I sent him there after reading the reviews. He walked in and was greeted by the owner and a stylist named tyler. My fiancé loved how his hair cut and beard trim came out and will now only go to Cesars for anything hair related. I am super glad we took a chance on a new place because my fiancé said this is the best barbershop he has ever been too and they treat you like family! Cesar's is one of the best Barbershops I've been to. For the past couple of years I've gone to Supercuts and they've done a good job. The experience at Cesar's, takes it a step further. I started going to Cesar's about 1 year ago and the haircut quality seems to have slightly declined since then. I feel that there is a lot of beginner barbers in this location (always personnel watching/learning how to cut hair). I have decided to start going somewhere else due to this. I used to see Danny and/or Alan (who were solid but they no longer work here and unsure of their departure). Very basic haircut, I read some of the other reviews and checked on the website before trying out the shop and expected a lot better than what I got. Don't bring your child here!!! I had known Cesar previous to going to this shop and wanted to love it, it being a small business and all. My son got his first haircut here which the person had no idea how to cut a child's hair let alone be patient enough to be able cut a one year old's hair. That being said I decided to give it a second chance and I LOVED Nick! He was so patient, did not care what it took to make my son comfortable, and went every extra mile he could to make it a great experience. I went back the third time to find out that Nick was no longer working there and all I got from Cesar about it was a smirk and a shrug of the shoulders. Then Cesar proceeded to cut my son's hair after one of the other men gave up. (I will say my son was upset with getting his hair cut that day) Nevertheless Cesar used the insensitive hold him down approach that I did not care for AT ALL. I expected much more and he proceeded to tell me that all children are like this and I should not worry that my son was flipping out. He did not even give it a second thought that he was being insensitive and careless throughout the process. He lost a potentially loyal customer that day. read more

He runs a top notch business and likes to take care of his clients, always making sure they are satisfied before leaving.
