I took the risk and trusted in Leo to help me solve the problem that my restroom was dealing with and I can say that Leo really went above and beyond in every step of the way. Leo was able to diagnose the problem which turned out to be that the previous contractors never did hot mop in my shower which was causing for the water to come out from the bottom. She was courteous, emailed, and returned calls promptly. We provided Ms. Chung with the correct measurements for a nail on window but due to quality control issues, it had to be returned. It came unwrapped, unprotected and, as a result, scratched, dinged, and was actually warped in the manufacturing process. Another replacement was delivered, this time wrapped and protected. The partially installed, incorrect window was removed and in its place, the nail on was installed (however not by Evergreen) with the proper shims, flashing before and after window installation, and caulking. (Initial review) Initially when Alex first gets your business, they seem responsive and even tells me about how shoddy of a job the previous flooring people did in my home (fixed by previous owners). But the moment any small issues come up, Alex just ghosts his customers. In the video you can see the cracks happening under normal body weight. I really wanted to believe that at the very least he and his team will try to provide any rectification, even if it's just to come out again to check on the floor to see what else can be done, like I wouldn't even have mind paying an additional small fee for materials.
