Always communicated clearly, made the process easy to understand, and really delivered high-quality work. Any time we had questions or concerns, he explained things well and gave us peace of mind. His pricing was also more than fair, and the timeline was reasonable. Both of our smaller bathroom wet areas were completed in about three weeks. We started with the guest bathroom first, and after seeing the quality of the work, we immediately asked him to move forward with the master bathroom too. I would highly recommend Leo and his team. We're super happy with the results and would definitely hire him again for future projects

I wanted to reach out and personally thank you for the incredible work you did on my ADU shower…read more After being scammed by two different contractors during the initial construction last year, I was naturally hesitant to hire anyone but I knew the job needed to be done but I was a bit scared when Leo asked for a deposit which was half of the total project. However, since I did not have many options here I had to just pray and trust that Leo would not be a scammer like the rest. I took the risk and trusted in Leo to help me solve the problem that my restroom was dealing with and I can say that Leo really went above and beyond in every step of the way. Leo was able to diagnose the problem which turned out to be that the previous contractors never did hot mop in my shower which was causing for the water to come out from the bottom. Leos communication throughout the process was excellent, detailed, and he addressed every concern I had with a great attitude, and ensured everything was resolved to my satisfaction. It is clear that Leo takes great pride in his work. Leo is reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy, and I am so happy to have found a contractor I can depend on. I am excited to work with you again and will be scheduling my next project with you soon.

The problem regarding the purchase of one test run window has been resolved. This was facilitated…read morewith the assistance of Monica Chung at Evergreen. She was courteous, emailed, and returned calls promptly. We provided Ms. Chung with the correct measurements for a nail on window but due to quality control issues, it had to be returned. It came unwrapped, unprotected and, as a result, scratched, dinged, and was actually warped in the manufacturing process. Another replacement was delivered, this time wrapped and protected. The partially installed, incorrect window was removed and in its place, the nail on was installed (however not by Evergreen) with the proper shims, flashing before and after window installation, and caulking. We are pleased with the results. Thank you.

We are glad we hired them to install new shingles, as they took care of all permits, inspections and cleaned up daily. Installation kicked off right on schedule. Alex's crews showed up early each morning with smiles, set clear expectations for the day, and--my favorite part--left the site spotless every evening. No sawdust trails, no empty coffee cups, just tidy floors ready for the next day's work. The installers were polite and happy to answer my many questions about care and maintenance. A special shout-out to the team member who tackled the staircase: the precision on each tread and riser is next-level. Friends keep asking if the stairs were custom-built! The new baseboards tie everything together with crisp, clean lines that make the room feel finished and elevated. Bottom line: if you're hunting for competitive pricing without sacrificing craftsmanship or communication, call Aesthetic Flooring. I'm beyond thrilled with the transformation and can't stop staring at my beautiful new floors. I've added a few photos of the project in progress so you can see the crew's attention to detail for yourself. Highly, highly recommend!

I am glad this ended on a good note, since other than the communication issue, the floors look amazing, and his team worked hard and quickly. His team did leave floor finish stains on the baseboards and my kitchen quartz counter walls, so heads up, don't forget to ask them to use painters tape if you're getting your hardwood floors sanded and refinished. (Initial review) Initially when Alex first gets your business, they seem responsive and even tells me about how shoddy of a job the previous flooring people did in my home (fixed by previous owners). But the moment any small issues come up, Alex just ghosts his customers. In the video you can see the cracks happening under normal body weight. I really wanted to believe that at the very least he and his team will try to provide any rectification, even if it's just to come out again to check on the floor to see what else can be done, like I wouldn't even have mind paying an additional small fee for materials. Instead, since he has been fully paid, he won't even see the project to the end to make sure he delivers on quality work. I understand that things come up and he could be busy but the non-responsiveness for two weeks is clear.

Our home has teak trim and architectural features. Many of the surfaces that get a lot of sun exposure needed work. Indy came out, evaluated what needed to be done, and Teak Master promptly sent an estimate. The senior crew supervisor was Indy, and our crew consisted of Andres, Arturo, Samuel, Abidan, and Juan. They were here for three days, sanding and refinishing the teak. As an example of their attention to detail, my wife has a lot of potted plants on the patio. It was no surprise that they moved all the potted plants out of the way. The surprise came at the end, when Indy took out his phone, looked at the photo he had taken three days earlier, and directed the crew as they put every plant back in its original position! Nobody else has ever done that. And, on the day the trash was collected, I left the barrels on the driveway, to give the crew more room in the side yard. After they left, the barrels were back where they belong. It's the little things. Although Indy and I had examined the house in advance to determine the scope of work, as they were wrapping up Indy looked at the garage doors and pointed out that after refinishing the other areas, the doors looked a bit shabby. He was right. I look forward to having them back in a few weeks.
