Trash art merchandising by a pushy, in-your-face, annoying little woman who carelessly slammed…read moreartworks into each other while showing them to me. She obviously doesn't care about art at all. And she doesn't know anything about art either. Trump tapestries, collages made out of candy wrappers, pictures of asses made of little pictures of asses. Hilariously awful, worth a stop just for the giggle. This dealer will cut her own throat - or maybe it is the artist's throat? - to make a sale. Not that there is anything to buy, but it is amusing sport to watch her keep dropping price in the hope that you just *might* buy something. See how low she'll go!

The staff is super-friendly and always willing to take the time to discuss a particular piece or an artist. Monika is extremely well educated on the artists she premiers and is willing to spend the time to answer questions. The gallery is always very tidy and well light. This place is a must-see!! He continued to glare as if they'd steal something off his walls. In fact they were standing 4-5 feet from the exhibits and had no intention of handling anything. They've been to numerous galleries before. I don't know what to make of the owner's overt hostility but I know an unwelcoming overpriced gallery when I see one. If the gallery owner treats everyone this way it is plainly wrong; if he somehow singled out my sons because of their appearance it is even worse. I'd be ashamed to own a piece from any gallery that treats visitors with this level of disrespect.

In fact the theater…read morewas destroyed by a terrible fire several few years ago, but has since been completely rebuilt. Modern building with small viewing rooms on 3 floors (elevator available) with a nostalgic feel, friendly knowledgeable staff, comfy seating, and indie movie offerings. We saw "Touch" there, a beautiful film that takes place in London, Tokyo and Iceland. Unique, romantic and heartwarming. The Sag Harbor Cinema has an upstairs rooftop bar, plus snacks/merch for sale in the downstairs lobby. It's a nonprofit org with various community events as well. We reserved our tickets online but they do accommodate walk-ins. A real find for movie buffs.
