We didn't get the man's name, but he was bald, older, and had a beard and an angry disposition. It turned out that my ID was expired, which was fine, but when we asked him a question about it (if I left, could my partner still shop) he just stared at us with his arms crossed and said "I answered all your questions." When pressed that it's okay if we can't buy anything, we'd just like to know for the future, he became aggravated and raised his voice before getting his manager. The manager seemed afraid of this man. If I could give zero stars I would, we will not be coming back and we plan on contacting the GM.

Instead of working with people to fix the issue, they refund the deposit and somehow make it feel like it's the customer's fault for booking a time THEIR system showed as available.
