You would think my carpets were brand new after owning them for 26 years. The house smells fresh and clean. Hayden(sp) did incredible and we are so grateful. Mr. Francis handled our intake and was wonderful, helpful and so informative. We are so happy that we made the decision to clean the carpets instead of ripping them out and replacing. I know we'll probably get another good 4-5 years out of these carpets before we have to make the decision again. Thank you A clean pro for making us extremely happy with the decision to clean the carpet carpets, for having affordable pricing, especially in an economy as rough as it is today. The pictures I'm posting do not reflect how wonderful they actually look in person. I should have taken before photos, so the true comparison could be compared. They were very spotty and dark since we do have pets that have snuck into the bedrooms and done their little things. You would never know at this point . The only thing I regret is not doing the carpets sooner. Highly recommend this company.

The appointment was confirmed, but unfortunately, no one showed up and I was not given any notice or explanation. I had arranged my day around this appointment and even had my children waiting as well, so it was very frustrating to spend the entire day waiting for someone who never arrived. I understand that things can come up, but I believe customers should be contacted if an appointment cannot be kept. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would have appreciated better communication and consideration for my time
