You would think my carpets were brand new after owning them for 26 years. The house smells fresh and clean. Hayden(sp) did incredible and we are so grateful. Mr. Francis handled our intake and was wonderful, helpful and so informative. We are so happy that we made the decision to clean the carpets instead of ripping them out and replacing. I know we'll probably get another good 4-5 years out of these carpets before we have to make the decision again.
