I am so happy that someone arranged in advance for Ariel to pick us up from the airport. It was the best way to start off our trip in Roma. Ariel Lorenzo had picked us up on time from the airport and dropped us back off at the airport on time. This gentleman was polite and beyond professional. I believe from the beginning of him picking us up, to the end of him dropping us off at the airport that the service was beyond excellent. My opinion of the taxi service in Amsterdam and Belgium has not been the best. So when we actually came across a taxi cab that was honest, professional and polite I wanted to say thumbs up man, finally, I get a taxi cab that is on point.

Trip 1: driver picked me up at FCO - was waiting when I arrived, texted me when I was in arrivals - and delivered me to a place I didn't have the full address for up in the Alban Hills. Trip 2: driver found me in the place I hadn't had the address for. Arrived for the pick up well before time, and got me to FCO with no fuss. Also when my travel companion left his cell phone in the car, driver and company made sure it got mailed to him safely in US. Trip 3: horrendously early pick up in central Rome - and again, a hard to find address - but driver texted me a full 15 mins to let me know he was waiting. Prices work out cheaper than yellow taxis, you don't run the risk of getting ripped off and can travel in style, comfort, and stress free. My go-to company now. Bravi!

Diego, the owner, responded promptly to our request for a quote. It was a very reasonable rate for superior service and Mercedes transfer to the airport. Not only did he reply and answer our questions quickly, but he was very professional and easy for us to understand and relate to. On the morning of our trip, he arrived 10 minutes early, and cheerfully loaded our month's worth of luggage, then whisked us off. He was very familiar with the Leonardo de Vinci International airport, and took us directly to the correct terminal. He procured a cart for our luggage and loaded everything up. Could not be more satisfied with our choice of transportation.
