Transfers from airport to our apartment in Prati were flat rate fee and the experience was flawless. Both trips were a pleasure. The car was impeccable and the driver both friendly and professional. We couldn't be more pleased. On another occasion we negotiated a driver and mini van to take our group to Ostia Antica for the day and return us to Rome in the evening. The customer service person contacted us promptly with a flat rate price for the round trip. Again the experience was wonderful. The driver was waiting for us promptly at both ends of the journey, what a pleasure! We highly recommend Rome Airport Taxi. Max had an ability to make us feel like we were the only people in the city and that we were truly "friends not customers". He ensured we felt welcome at every location we visited, while ensuring we understood and appreciated the depth of historical significance the relics and monuments we visited held.
