Grilled Chicken/Veggies in Olive Oil/garlic sauce

Excellent food and service here, third time to visit and each meal has been outstanding

Laronica C.

Great family restaurant with a little something for everyone! Huge portions. I had the lasagna and got spaghetti for my dad. I got it all to go and it was packaged well. Good tomato sauce base and the meat is flavorful. The bread is HUGE and they give you plenty, wrapper nice and warm in foil. I only wish there was a bit more garlic and/or parmesan on the bread. The restaurant has nice, rustic atmosphere and large enough for big parties. The lighting is great for a romantic meal, but it's very open so there's not much privacy for romantic conversations. Lol But still a great place to take a date!

So first time here and as soon I walked in the door , was greeted with friendly hello …read more I ordered the fried raviolis for appetizer and they are amazing . I also got chicken parmigiana over mixed veggies (swapped veggies instead of spaghetti) and it came with the fresh warm rolls (amazing too) . Then got a slice of tiramisu for dessert. All of this was sooo good that I will be back tomorrow to try either the pizza or calzone. The place looks great for family dinners as well as a nice romantic dinner w/ a loved one. I recommend this place to anyone passing by and or living here. I actually mentioned my dinner to couple in the hotel I'm at and they walked right out the hotel to head here for dinner .

This was our first time eating here, and I promise it will be our last. If I could give zero stars…read morefor the food, I would. Our waitress was great, but unfortunately, the food and the way our situation was handled were extremely disappointing. The Milano's Favorite chicken was bland. The chicken was VERY SMALL, PAPER thin, dry/mealy, with hard edges. The dish has jalapeños in it, but it had absolutely no spice. We had to add crushed red pepper flakes and salt just to make it somewhat edible. Even then, I have no idea how it can be called "favorite." Alfredo dipping sauce was bland and clumpy. The mozzarella sticks were just crap. 3 guests ordered the ribeye. ALL Ribeyes were fatty/gristly. One of the guests who ordered the "16 oz" ribeye emphasized to the waitress that it needed to be cooked rare. The first steak was nowhere near 16 ounces, was maybe 1/4 inch thick, very fatty/gristly and came out medium. Honestly, it looked like something you'd get at Waffle House. Frankly, the Waffle House steak would've been better and A LOT cheaper! We requested another steak, AGAIN asking that it be cooked rare. The owner personally brought it to the table, but unfortunately, it was just as disappointing. It didn't even look like a ribeye, was still maybe 1/4 inch thick, was even smaller than the first one & certainly didn't appear to be 16 ounces (MAYBE 10oz), was even more fatty/gristly, had no deep grill/char marks, and was gray in color--like it was boiled. Once again, it was cooked medium instead of rare. The guest took one bite of the remade steak after cutting away all the fat/gristle and literally packed the steak up to take home for the dog. We asked to have the $30 steak removed from the bill, but the owner refused, claiming it had been eaten. The guest then unpacked the steak and showed the waitress that only one bite had been taken. Even after the owner seeing this, the owner STILL refused to remove the charge. Absolutely poor customer service! I have never been to a restaurant where, when something was prepared incorrectly or a customer was clearly dissatisfied, the staff--let alone the owner--wouldn't at least attempt to make things right. This was especially frustrating after two disappointing steaks were prepared incorrectly and left virtually uneaten. Mistakes happen, and not every meal will be perfect. However, how a restaurant handles a problem says a lot about its customer service. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing, and the owner's refusal to address the situation made it even worse. Word of mouth goes a LONG way, and our group has already shared this experience with others and advised them against visiting or recommending this establishment. Based on our experience, we certainly won't be returning. BTW, look on their website reviews, you'll see complaints of the poorly made 16oz ribeye, roaches in food & in restaurant & rude owner--I didn't see these reviews until after our awful experience here.

This is a cozy little Italian place that was probably the best place to eat in Natchez. I was not…read moreimpressed with the food scene here, but found this to be a good place to try. We ate here twice when here for four days. We love old houses, so coming down here was a bucket list item for us. We split their chicken parm, had a dessert, and drinks. I loved their espresso martini! That is a must, and totally worth it. I was a bit surprised on the prices thinking they would be a little less being that we were 1. in Mississippi 2. this is not a high end establishment, but being from Nashville, the prices were comparable to what we pay at a mid-range Italian place in our city. Just be prepared and do not have expectations that you are paying less just because you're in MS, lol. Service was iffy. That was one thing I can't really attest to. For starters, on the first night, we saw a couple of waitresses "getting into it" and though they were in their own little corner, they were still obviously heated with one another. The second visit was fine, but we saw our server very little, and we had to fetch her to get more water. Overall, the experiences were fine. I think it is worth coming for drinks at minimum if you do not dine here.
