My kids love Rolly Pollies! I've taken my oldest since he was a new toddler. Then second baby came along and I wasn't sure how I was going to make it twice per week (but I would have, I'd just be more...fatigued). About the same time I was struggling with that, RP developed the family class! The answer to my quandary! Now, we all go. Friday nights, two kids, two parents..so fun! We get to run around with our little guys and it is just a nice finish to the week. We all look forward to it, even the hubby. Lots of equipment here for everyone. The littlest guys do the little stuff and the bigger guys do that bigger stuff. Everyone has fun and learns something! The teachers are awesome. They know all the kids by name at the first class. Just the best kind of family time. Oh, and my tween nephews love the Ninja Night! read more

We celebrated our son's 4th birthday at the RP E.Amherst location this past weekend without ever going there prior because I heard such great things- they did NOT disappoint! The staff went the extra mile to take care of us and make sure all the kids were safe and had fun. This place is clean, friendly and makes orchestrating a kid birthday party effortless. read more

After a planning snafu, we showed up to RP with hopes of our just- 2 year old being able to get some play time in. Logan offered for her to join the next play group class and accommodated us, squeezing us in! Morgan and Logan were super interactive with the kids and even remembered all of their names! Thank you for helping us out today! We'll be back! read more

Went for a child's party and had a blast! Very clean facility and the children enjoyed themselves! Our staff was quite helpful in gathering the youngsters for food and cake! read more

We have been going to Rolly Polly's while my son was still one and two. He just turned three and we took a break during summer and never committed to making it back in the fall and fall, turned into winter, and now it's just about spring, and I just reenrolled my son after going to a birthday party... We love the facility, the teachers, and the cleanliness. read more

Everything is clean, instructor's are great, and it has helped my 10 month old gain so many skills! He was delayed on rolling so we wanted him to get lots of floor time. Since starting weekly classes at rolly pollies just 2 months ago he has gone from being a very delayed roller to crawling, pulling to stand, and trying very hard to walk! The interaction with other babies is wonderful too. read more

So, when I go a place with open play for toddlers, I usually start to cringe and make an internal bet about how long it will take for my kids to get sick from having entered a toddler germ arena. Places with buckets of toys for babies to slam around and put in their mouths are usually the worst. However, my cynical nature was challenged by Rolly Pollies- it was incredibly clean. Even the bucket of toys- usually the bucket of doom- for distracting younger siblings was shiny and clean. I could breathe easier knowing we all would most likely be able to breathe normally having played here. There's much to do during open play- foam pit, bounce house, trampoline, balance beams... the list goes on! And of course, one little kid "roller coaster" toy that half of us own but all of our children wanted to play with despite being surrounded by what I would find more exciting.... but I am not three, so what do I know. I see some grumbles about the staff, but the woman who greeted us was friendly and chatted with my son, who really really really likes to talk. About Angry Birds. To everyone. When we were leaving, another staff member came out from another room to say goodbye. We liked the vibe. There seems to be a lot offered here- open play, music class, art class, camps and then non-competitive gymnastics. The prices seem on par with similar places we have gone to. I do see what another reviewer said about possibly prorating the monthly pass on the months that contain several weeks of camp. I think the owners would do well to run a different special during those times, because December and summer months don't seem like they would be the same value. Otherwise, we were very happy and will return! Soon! My son asked when we were coming back before he was even buckled in his car seat to go home. read more

While visiting the grandparents, we tried out a drop in class for my toddler. Even though she was a drop-in, they made her feel very welcomed. Great setup and very clean. Would definitely recommend. read more

My first time here!! It was clean, bright and so much safe fun for my 18 month old granddaughter!! Lots of things to climb, rock and bounce!! The staff were very friendly and helpful...this place is great!! read more

I heard about Rolly Pollies through a Mom group on Facebook, and I'd also driven past it and wondered what it was. I decided to check out the website and found out they offer a trial class for Caterpillars (babies ages 6 months to walking). So, I decided to give it a shot and I called to make arrangements for my 7 month old baby. They were super friendly and informative on the phone and it was no problem at all to get my son signed up for the class that accommodates my schedule. We've been going now for 4 weeks and we LOVE it!!! It's so clean and such a fun environment. My son absolutely loves when I bounce with him on the trampoline! I think it's really good for him to be around the other babies and it's definitely nice for myself to be around the other parents (in the caterpillars class, the babies are accompanied by an adult). We love playing with all the different equipment. Last week, we used a little staircase (it's made of a squishy material, like most of the things are in there) and encouraged the baby to climb it. He wasn't able to get up it on his own, but that was the first we ever introduced something like that to him. The next day, I watched him discover the stairs in our house and he figured out how to pull himself up to a standing position! He's been working very hard on standing all the time lately now! I feel like all of the different activities that we do at Rolly Pollies really help him to advance in his development. They also give little sheets every week with some suggested "homework" and it's fun to have things to work on at home. I'm so glad we signed up for this class and we will definitely be coming back after this 9 week trial class is over! I would definitely recommend the Caterpillar class to anyone with a baby that isn't walking yet. It's so much fun! It looks like it will just get even funner as he gets bigger too!!!! read more

The facility itself is great...large, clean (especially for all the kids who play there), and a lot of fun activities for different ages. However, my poor review is due to the customer service/staff. For starters, every time I call, the phone is not answered; likewise, every time I enter, no one is at the front desk. Sometimes they return my phone message, sometimes I have to call for three days straight before someone does. This itself is enough of a hassle. Then, when someone is at the front desk, I wait for fifteen minutes for help while they assist someone else, which is fine. What isn't fine, is that when they finish with said customer, they then assist someone who entered the facility after I did. It feels very much like walking into somewhere where the staff all cater to the parents they know and you are an outsider. They do nothing to make new customers feel welcome. During actual classes, there are lots of fun activities as I mentioned, however, there is no instruction, no one coming around to help with the activities, even though the students are only toddlers. For the absurd prices they charge, this kind of service is unacceptable. I would very much like to keep bringing my child there because he loves it, but it is very difficult to justify the price when it takes days to find someone to help sign him up, and we are repeatedly treated with the same attitudes. read more

I have been here before in the past with my son. The good highlights-the place is clean and has a lot of stuff for busy 3 year olds to play with!! Ten dollars for an hour of open play is fair to me. The staff left much to be desired. My friend and our sons were greeted with blank, cold stares upon entering, and we only seemed to be annoying her and the girl inside the gym, for making them work. We will probably go back again because it is a great facility, but feeling a little bit more welcome would go a long way. Not looking for a grand entrance when people arrive, just looking for common courtesy, which is not so common nowadays. read more

We love Rolly Pollies!! When my daughter first started there, she couldn't jump (despite really trying!) and she was shy and afraid of everything. Within a few weeks, she not only learned to jump, but got really good at it! She has also developed incredible balance and strength. The staff has been absolutely incredible with her. They were patient and understanding of her fears, and now she adores them! The gym is always clean and has some really awesome equipment including a bounce house, a zipline, a trampoline and a foam pit. Each week there are different activities set up to help kids develop different skills. I highly recommend them to everyone! read more

We had my sons third birthday party here last night and it was ah-mazing. The staff was attentive and wonderful to the children! I was truly able to walk in, hand over the cupcakes and the food and enjoy my son at his party. They took care of everything! Mary is worth her weight in gold and we will be requesting her for every party we have in future. My son had the best time and all his pals and parents really enjoyed themselves. We will definitely be back, it's worth every penny! read more

Rolly Pollies is the BEST! When my daughter came down with walking pneumonia the night before her 6th birthday party at the East Amherst location, the staff made re-scheduling quick and easy. On party day, everything was taken care of set up, clean up, the works! Our Roll Models, Miss Rory and Miss Jordan, were exceptional. The venue is clean, extremely well maintained and safety is a priority. I cannot recommend hosting a birthday party at Rolly Pollies highly enough!! read more

Honestly I think it's a waste of money. When you get there you sing 2 songs and do some little exercises which takes a whole 5 min. And then they leave you to yourself to the gym. They do have a lot of equipment. But my daughter was about 9 1/2 months and crawling and trying to stand. She can do that at home, so why am I spending money letting her pull herself up on a mat rather than the couch. The staff was nice. But def a waste of money. It might be better for when they are a little older maybe lik 3-4, but they shouldn't have classes for babies,. read more

We had a Ninja Warrior party here for our daughter's 7th birthday. It was amazing! The kids, both boys and girls between the ages of 5-9, were all engaged throughout the party. Favorite activities were the floating steps obstacle course, the trampoline obstacle course, and the zip line. Mary, Nicolette, and Morgan from Rolly Pollies were enthusiastic and organized. They made the party very easy. We would definitely have another party here! read more

My review is a mixed one. I love the idea of Rollie pollies. I think the facility is clean and the people/workers are wonderful! I have been taking my children there for years. I try to overlook the little things because no business is perfect! Here's what I cannot come to terms with as of lately. This place is not cheap. And that's ok! I always feel like, you get what you pay for. I have been hoping for YEARS that they would change their policy on some things. I've made some suggestions but they just won't budge. For instance, on their "fit gym" or free play sessions, you can pay for each time you go or a monthly charge for unlimited access. You'd think business savvy people would offer to prorate the month if you are halfway through right? Nope! During the summer they have camps where a whole week is unavailable... You still pay the same price... December, when the kids are off for the week, unavailable and not prorated. I can't understand this business model? Many times we have gone there and there will be a sign on the door saying "closed for cleaning". Really? I paid for this and you're closed? My kid is screaming now (not to mention the fact that I packed everyone up and headed out there) to see a sign.. Closed. Break on the monthly fee? Nope. Coupon? Nope. Its really unfortunate but my conclusion is that the owners are not customer minded, they are owner minded. I LOVE Rollie pollies but enough is enough. read more

I took my son here for classes as a toddler. Great teachers and age appropriate classes. Open play is also nice.

BEST PLACE EVER!! Great for all ages. The adults even have a little fun too;)

I have been bringing my kids to Rolly Pollies for 7 years! It is always clean, bright, and so much fun!! Over the years, my boys have done just about everything they have to offer- from classes and open play to ninja camp and birthday parties- and they LOVE it. What sets Rolly Pollies apart from other kids places is the staff. They are engaging, caring, and sooooo helpful! They have recently opened a new location on Hertel Ave in North Buffalo and we love it just as much! We ALWAYS recommend Rolly Pollies to friends and family! read more
