He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and very professional. He was so thorough he spotted a couple of issues that were causing problems (and an elevated water bill)! At no extra charge he inspected the other toilet and the plumbing under my mobile home; all in a timely and thorough manner. Speaking of charges, while I'm no expert, I consider the bill fair and reasonable. Sgt. Patty has just returned from deployment to the middle-east through the National Guard.
