They have a clean restroom for customers which to me is really important if I'm going to spend a good amount of time playing somewhere. The selection of board games and tabletop role playing games was excellent. I came in looking for two great games I'd been introduced to by family on vacation -- Codenames and Squalor -- and it had both. There's also an OSR (Old School Renaissance) display of adventures and related products for Dungeon Crawl Classics. That's not something I find at most RPG stores. I'm looking forward to going here again. I hope it still has Batsquatch.

Renee, the manager, and a couple folks playing were so nice! Some comics and game stores aren't welcoming if you're not an expert, but this was the opposite of gatekeeping. They were all enthusiastic and welcoming. They have places to play, all sort of models and terrain, paint supplies, fiction, and miscellanea for 40K, Age of Sigmar, and Games Workshop LOTR. It seemed as if he was irritated that we were customers potential buyers in his store. He didn't even make an attempt to look into our direction he like at least four or five customers go in front of us, and when I finally asked him about the price of a game he was very irritated and impatient because I didn't hear him the first time when he was incredibly soft spoken he should consider getting a megaphone. Horrible Customer Service overall to the point I almost considered going to a GameStop instead. This store will not get my business ever unless that employee is fired. Do yourself a favor and avoid the store. unfortunately, there isn't an option for me to write the store zero stars or I would.
