While I was waiting for my order, I had to listen to an employee, Yari, discuss personal issues regarding the dress code specifically, not being allowed to wear tights while other employees were apparently allowed to do certain things. As a customer, I don't feel that I should be hearing about employees' personal workplace concerns or internal dress-code issues. What made it worse was that I ended up waiting about 7 minutes while Yari continued the conversation with two other employees. During that time, I was watching my blizzard and dipped ice cream cone melt while waiting for the conversation to finish. I understand that employees have concerns and workplace issues that need to be addressed, but those conversations should be handled privately and away from customers. The food is consistently great, but the customer-service experience could definitely use some improvement.
