The product is always amazing, and I really enjoy the ice cream here. Unfortunately, my recent…read moreexperience with the customer service was disappointing. While I was waiting for my order, I had to listen to an employee, Yari, discuss personal issues regarding the dress code specifically, not being allowed to wear tights while other employees were apparently allowed to do certain things. As a customer, I don't feel that I should be hearing about employees' personal workplace concerns or internal dress-code issues. What made it worse was that I ended up waiting about 7 minutes while Yari continued the conversation with two other employees. During that time, I was watching my blizzard and dipped ice cream cone melt while waiting for the conversation to finish. I understand that employees have concerns and workplace issues that need to be addressed, but those conversations should be handled privately and away from customers. The food is consistently great, but the customer-service experience could definitely use some improvement.

I've had multiple visits where the "ice cream" was so runny it could've been served with a straw. If your scoop requires a soup ladle instead of an ice cream scooper, something's off. Pro tip: ask if the ice cream is actually set before ordering. Apparently, the concept of a set freezer is more of a suggestion here than a requirement. Bottom line, what used to be a go-to spot has turned into a gamble. I wouldn't recommend this location anymore unless you're specifically in the mood for a milkshake you didn't order.

I came in and ordered the loaded brownie for $5.45. The total was $6.97, and I asked and they were like: The cookies get sales tax too. Got the receipt, and the brownie was really $6.45. So the food costs more than what it says on the menu. Also, the cookies were undercooked. Like doughy. Raw. This is definitely a late night carb place for sobering up by eating carbs. This is not a cutesy desert place for cutesy date or brunch. Nope. They have vegan cookies, which I would recommend, in case the non vegan has raw egg.
