I took the card and brochure and kept it. We all know our fur babies do not live as long as we want them too. When the time came for Midget to go to the rainbow bridge, I took out the card i had carried with me all these years and made that phone call. It was a hard call to make but so glad I did. They picked my baby up from the vet. All Cypress was there to help and i am grateful for their support at my time of need and grief. They treated Midget with all the dignity and respect she deserved. They took their time and made a beautiful final resting place for my baby. They did a wonderful job and i could not have been more pleased. I even have a necklace with her ashes sealed in it that i wear 24/7. I carry my baby over my heart and it gives me comfort. I did not know that was even possible! I am a customer for life as these wonderful people made the passing of my baby a lot easier with their love and support. They are dedicated to helping make the transition easy and less painful. We stumbled upon Pet Passages and loved the private cremation option with the additional paw and snout print. Rene was a big help and was very compassionate throughout the process. They promptly picked up our sweet boy from the vet the same day, and within 3 days he was ready to come home. I do appreciate the tracking information that shows you every step of what has been done so far. Once we had ready, they managed to drop him back off to our vet the same day even though their schedule was very busy. This saved us a long trip to pick him up from the facility. The engraved box is beautiful, and there is a velvet bag inside with a sweet inscription. They also provide you with a tracking QR card so that you can verify you only received your pet's remains (if you choose a private cremation). The paw print and snout card are so sweet, and they also included a memorial heart that can be put in dirt to grow. Pet Passages made a terrible situation so much easier on us. It was very comforting to get back our boy's ashes, and it helps us feel like he's still at home with us.
