2 minutes ago Reason I'm bringing this up Now and Not before, is because I miss placed Receipt from 12/29/2025. ! I found it TODAY - 1/17/2026. Brought my 2018 Tacoma for Recall on Fuel Pump. My Truck had absolutely nothing wrong with it when tow truck driver dropped it off. Service said Tuesday we will work on it. So, Had to rent a car from Saturday till Tuesday . Service called earlier that day and they were going Hook "a MACHINE" up to My Truck. I replied "do what you need to DO to Fix it". Service calls back and says that I had BAD Relay ($40) and a Fuse ($3). Which I Stated Again "do what you need to do fix it". Service called back at 4pm and said it was ready to be picked up. ( I'm 1.5 hours away). Drop car off at rental. Go to Pick up my Truck , Nobody was around. Finally Some Manager (Nice Guy) came and help me. Paid for the Repairs - Thought they found something wrong and so this why I Paid It. Didn't Think Nothing of IT($400.69) - Get Keys Go Out to Start My Truck, NOW I have Check Engine Light , a (!) that I couldn't clear to see the How Fast MPH gauge I was Going ! Traction control, ABS, Engine Lite up on my dash. I started to Leave and I didn't Have any LOW beams! only Brights! Radio would not go into Dark Mode! Had dashboard lights out. Left Side Panel NO lights! When I started Driving it, It felt totally Different from when I was driving before fuel pump went out! So Next Day after checking online about What those Warnings Lights Mean. Called Service and ask to speak with Manager, Manager Was Very Rude!! I told him about everything above. Google And Forums state DON Not to Drive it! I asked manger How do you want me to get the truck up there. The Manger Gave me A Smart ASS Answer, "Were NOT Going to Pay for a TOW!!!" . Right Then I knew I was NEVER taking it back there again!!!!Checked my truck again and I have noticed my Fog Lights were not coming on. Still Light going off dashboard. Try to check fuses under hood and then tried the under dash Fuse Panel. Under the Dash Fuse Panel had NO POWER!! Then Found OUT they put a fuse in where its not supposed to Be - (AM1). Emergency recall states that Dealership pays for every thing (Parts, Labor..ect) since it is a Emergency Part! I was NOT going back to get this fixed after the call with the service Manager. I checked under hood Fuse Box and under dash Fuse Panel.**** I could NOT FIND ONE FUSE or RELAY THAT Was NEW!!! NOTHING !! How Did I Know? - I Live off a Gravel Road, All Fuses/Relays underneath Hood had Gravel Dust On them before it was going to Dealership. Next Day check Fuse Box - still had the same dust on them!!! ( NO Signs of a New Relay or Fuse) My receipt from Rolling Hills Toyota - FUEL PUMP (FREE) FOR A RELAY and a FUSE ($43) .. checked further and they charged me , FOR LABOR ( SHOULD OF BEEN FREE )!!!!!! Relay and A Fuse -----$400.69 As of Now, Ive tried Everything to fix the errors for my Truck and I have Absolutely No CLUE What They did while my Truck was there!. ! They sold me the wrong trim level from what I requested. It has been three weeks and they still just concoct excuses. Furthermore, while my former car was waiting to be serviced and potentially repaired, they sold it without title to some auto auctioneer. That is theft. All of my belongings were in it. The service manager, the person doing contracts, and the service manager all knew to wait, agreed to wait, so that my insurance could finish their assessment; then I would bring in title if I chose to sell it as a trade in. Rolling Hills ignored that so they could push up their numbers for November - but it was not titled to them and I did not sign over title. They have said they will get the items inside but refuse to get my car which is still titled in my name back from the auctioneer or let me know where it is. For three years I trusted Rolling Hills. I purchased with them to maintain that relationship. Instead of loving this new car, I now hate even looking at it because it reminds only how horribly my faith was betrayed. Still waiting for Rolling Hills to make this right by getting the right trim level and also compensate me for the car I still have titled that they stole. Be very careful with Rolling Hills. In icy January this year, I was in a car accident and my Camry was totaled. It was a huge bummer, as I had the car for 8 years and was not sure how I would be able to get a new car. HOWEVER, after talking to multiple dealerships online, James hooked it up! I spoke to him through email and text first to give him an idea of what I was looking for. It ended up being possible for me to get a 2024 Rav4 while financing through them. They were kind of far from me, though so I let James know I was sorry but would probably have to go through someone else. He offered to deliver me a rental until it was time to pick up my car which I was super grateful for, as I was without a car for a month by that point. Don't let them work on your vehicle!! I let them do an oil change and they installed the new oil filter without the O-rings. Not good! My next mistake was letting them do a brake job. The new brake pads squeal so bad! When I complained, the mechanic confessed that he put in inferior brake pads because they didn't have any quality pads in stock. He agreed to exchange the pads as "as soon as I can get some ordered." That's the last that I heard and it's been over a year. The brakes still squeal terribly and nobody from Toyota will speak to me or return my messages. I can't say enough about how badly they treat their customers. read more

I scheduled my vehicle to be looked at today because my car was shaking when I would try to slow down. Keep in mind I just took my car to be serviced because I had a flat tire and wanted to get it patched. I was told it could not be patched because it was in the sidewall so I asked for a photo and the tire or for the tire to be placed back in my car so I could inspect it. I ok'd them to replace the tire because I didn't have time to mess with it however I never got the photo or the tire that I requested. I told them to inspect all other tires to ensure there were no other issues and was told there are no concerns with the other tires and this was on 10/13/23. I am now told that due to never rotating my tires I now need another new tire, however my receipts from all my oil changes show I have paid for a tire rotation. Additionally, they said I need new breaks and rotors. When I questioned on my car inspection with each oil change I received a report that my breaks are in good condition that is on my oil change window sticker he said I can't speak to that but you need these replaced. I ended the call and had my fiancé handle and now they will take off the service charge due to their error in reporting the break condition. I declined all recommended services and will go somewhere else. I've had poor experiences in the past with servicing from this dealership but nothing too bad to where I felt a review was necessary. Due to this experience, I will not be taking my car back to this dealership. I question if they are actually repairing what they say they are doing. Oh, and we found a wrench that was left in my engine where they changed my oil in August. Be cautious if you take your vehicle here to be serviced. read more

I took my Prius in for an oil change and brake fluid change..That "required" brake fluid change was a first ever, and I've been driving cars forever, since 1960! makes you wonder how I got this far.. Anyway, That being the case decided to research..Ordered online 5.1 DOT brake fluid and asked them to use this instead of whatever Toyota dispensed! I had to leave dealership, asked they let me know when the car was ready for pickup as I had taken it in several hours earlier than the scheduled appointment. Several hours after the scheduled appointment I was wondering where we were with this simple job..Called and was told that they had tried to call 3 times etc..Grrr, I've had for years standing instruction to "text" and not to call as my iPhone is setup to dump unrecognized phone numbers as "scam call" ! Upon arrival, noticed the lone service advisor was busy, curious to see if the text instructions was still included under my personal information..I happened to see my vehivl key and work sheet, upon picking it up..the service advisor got real nasty about my looking it over..WTF? Ive never been treated so rudely anywhere in my life as here..Not a good start off, and this is a whole new team?. As much as it pains me, I certainly will not be bring in new customers...Besides myself, I've brought in two new car buyers, one who paid full cash car price, like myself! Last time we took our car in for service, our heated seat bottons were taken. After many phone calls in which they stated the buttons were either lost in the shop or our car, they asked that we bring our vehicle back in so they could check for the buttons. We did. The buttons that are flush with the surface if not pressed to pop up and turn, were not found. We didnt expect them to be because they had to be popped up and pulled off the tabs to be lost/taken. We were told we couldn't prove they were there when we brought the car in for service. Seriously, who takes heated seat buttons? We were told it would cost $261 to replace. Just livid. We talked to one of their salesmen on the floor and haggled on prices for a bit. He went above and beyond what we wanted him to do! But, he'd go in the back room to ask about our price and we heard someone in the back (that looks for cars to buy/sell) yell our price like we were stupid. They also came out and acted like we were dumb too. We apologized to our salesmen and that he could work somewhere else with staff that respects him, and their own customers. My dad and I joined the Subaru family the day after that. Would not recommend this place unless some customer AND staff service change. read more

I went to rolling hills to purchase a new Prius. I was well-researched and I knew exactly what I wanted before I went in, and I knew what I wanted to pay for it. I ended up working with one of the managers, and he negotiated with me and was honest throughout the process. If I could offer them any criticism, it would be that the rest of the employees need to work on their professionalism. I called ahead and set up an appointment to see the cars, but no salesman would greet me when I got there. I was driving my old/worn in car, and I am a young woman who was dressed very casually... guess I didn't look like I was legitimately there to make a purchase. I walked around trying to flag a salesman down, and eventually stumbled into manager Charlie's office. He treated me with respect and was great to work with, but it was a bit frustrating because even while I was working with him, the salesman were walking around the lobby complaining about being there after closing (It was like 6:15 and they closed at 6:00). Missed opportunity for the salesmen, because even after all of this, I went back the next day to make my purchase. Mostly because Rolling Hills had the advantage of being local and having the exact model and color/interior that I wanted. I was able to work out the right price and have had my car for a couple of weeks and am very happy with it! I made an appointment with the finance person, but I guess he forgot about it. He didn't show for the appointment and then it seemed like one of the guys was just trying to distract me by he was teaching me how to use Bluetooth (even though I could have probably taught him lol). My interactions with the service department have been great. I am happy with Toyotas warranties and incentives. I just think that the employees at Rolling Hills should step up their level of professionalism and etiquette. All customers should be treated equally, regardless of gender or appearance. I am a busy woman, so when I take time from my job to make it to an appointment, they should be there for it! read more

Absolutely horrible. Bought a new sequoia. At 10k needed vehicle road terrible. They charged me 200$ for alignment. 5k miles later tires were shot. They told me that was typical for tires on that vehicle. The tires that come with it don't last long. After going elsewhere they said they didn't align it correctly. Wife went for 2 hour oil change and complained so they gave her a free oil change. Went back for that and when I came home had a huge puddle of oil in garage because they didn't tighten anything up. I have to hand it to RH Toyota. They provided an excellent auto buying experience when I least expected it. My previous experience buying a car in a different state was not good. It was an 8 hour slog. Rolling Hills Toyota changed my perspective. The staff was incredibly helpful and very friendly. Shout out to Matt Banks who provided exceptional customer service, made sure that I understood the features that the Tacoma offered and that I was completely satisfied before leaving. Brent and Taylor were very responsive to my emails with questions prior to getting in the door and Brent made sure everything was being handled well once I arrived. Sloan did a great job explaining the financial component and talking with me through the various forms. Everybody was incredibly personable, thorough, and easy to work with. I had been working with 2 different Toyota dealers in the KC area on a 2013 Toyota Rav 4, but they weren't getting to the price I wanted on my trade. After doing some more online research, I found that Rolling Hills had the Rav 4 in the exterior color/interior that I wanted in stock. Based on their exceptional online dealer reviews, I gave Brent Morrow a call. Brent confirmed that they still had the specific Rav 4 I was looking for on the lot and thought they would be able to work with me on my trade-in, so I decided to drive to St. Joe that evening. They took a look at my trade and, after the usual back-and-forth negotiations, we were able to reach a deal that saved me a couple hundred dollars vs my best offers by the KC dealers. We went back the following Saturday to pick it up and Brent did a great job reviewing the features of my new vehicle--he even set up the bluetooth for my phone. Finalizing the financing was quick and easy as well and everything was very clearly explained. Of special note, my 8-year-old son was having a very difficult time with the idea of trading in my old Rav 4 (he LOVED that car). Brent went out of his way to make him feel better and even gave my son the Toyota Hot Wheels truck that he had on display on his desk. And when my son asked later if he could have the rusty old bolts from the license plate on my old car as a souvenir, Brent had them ready for us when we went back the following week to get some accessories installed on my new car. Overall, I was very happy with my experience at Rolling Hills Toyota. Everyone that I dealt with was very friendly and seemed genuinely concerned with customer satisfaction. Their on-line chat Q&A and appointment system was worthless the times I tried to use it. Had our Prius serviced on the 18th. This included tire rotate. On the way home about 20 miles from St. Jo we heard noises. It was dark so no way to fully check out anything. We left home very early the next AM for a scheduled weekend trip but were forced to repack and take an alternate car. Took the Prius to our local auto repair this AM and were told that the right front lug nuts (all 5) had not been tightened. The mechanic could remove them with his fingers. Been trying to call Rolling Hills for about an hour and of course (except for the receptionist) all I get is recordings. I have left messages and nobody has called me. At the very least I expect a refund on the service that was not performed properly and somebody should be reprimanded for doing inferior unsafe work. Hubby and I are both 67 and when ya think about it we could have been killed had a wheel come off while driving at high speed. I was looking at a new Honda Civic on RH lot (to trade another of our cars) but starting to wonder with this type of customer service and mechanical errors "do I really want to buy a new car from these people"??? Hmmm, It seems my negative review has been deleted. I took my toyota van into the service department in January 2017, February and March for the same problem. Each time they fixed it under the warranty I had. But the problem was never fixed. The temperature gauge indicated the car was over heating, but them it would fall back down to cold....then back up to hot. everytime they fixed it ...it kept doing the same thing. I googled the problem and found that it may be a cracked head gasket. Rolling Hills refused to look at that problem. ...UNTIL THE WARRANTY WAS EXPIRED! Then they decided it was the head gasket at a repair cost of $3600. This would have been covered by my warranty. If the gentleman at the warranty company asked that they check into this. They did not until the warranty expired. I have to question their business practices. I googled the problem and found the solution. Why could an experienced repairman not recognize the problem and fix it. Oh wait they did, AFTER the warranty expired! I feel they have very crooked business practices. read more

Salesmen were the typical - watch your back and get everything in writing. Finance guy (named Guy) was a real trickster. Sold us warranties we thought were from Toyota and were not as explained - turned out $1,000 of it was from the dealership only and nonrefundable. (Toyota warranties can be cancelled within 30 days if you change your mind.) Our research (too late unfortunately) has shown the finance guy is often the biggest shark in the place. They where good to deal when they where selling me a car but we had some questions that needed answered afterwards with some help we needed on the car and we could not get any response. We called several times and they always said they would get back with us and did not. It shows me after they sell me the car and get my money they are done with me on any future service.
