The husband and wife team Bill and Stephanie came to our house to take a look at the job and give us an estimate. I texted with the wife for some time on how much they could do, and they sent us a very competitive quote and we signed it, sent it back to them, and they arrived the very next day to do the work. That morning the team arrived, and they were friendly, professional and got to work immediately. I was really impressed with their safety management protocol, using such powerful tools. The cut down work was done in a flash, and then they transitioned to chipping. Once the chipping was done, they raked, swept, and blew away all the debris from the chipping and honestly the area was cleaner than before they started. Such a wonderful surprise! I love the personal accessibility of this team, via phone, text and email. It was a breeze to get a quote, as well as get the work finished, and the price was excellent for how much work this team got done in a very short period of time. The results speak for themselves, and my yard is much safer with this tree removed. I'm glad we found American Tree Experts, and am glad to have started a relationship with a local company for long term work that we know we will need for a pretty overgrown piece of land. Bill came out on Tuesday and was able to squeeze our beautiful tree in on Thursday. His crew was courteous and efficient and cleaned up the area afterward. The consult was quick and bout two weeks later (he sent an email explaining the delay in the mean time) he sent us a very detailed mock up of the landscape. Then he patiently answered about 30 back and forth emails as I asked questions and made revisions until we had a final plan. He had someone come out to clear the old landscape on 10/23/17 and then he finished all the work a week later on 11/1//17. This included redoing all the landscape in the front of our house, cleaning up and redoing our courtyard with stones and creeping fig and cleaning out the back yard and planting several fruit trees.
