Legitimately don't play here, the amount of lies I had from dirt and a whole tee box of just dirt just makes me think they hardly care for the quality of this course. The pros are it's cheap and that's it, if you are a budget golfer you can go here but expect what you pay for. I can't emphasize enough how much dirt there is everywhere, like it's astounding how much there is. The tee boxes look like a child that suffers from malnutrition and refuses to grow anywhere. The cart paths are torn up and bumpy everywhere. My advice for any golfer is to pay the extra five bucks and go somewhere else. If my review can influence one soul to not go and play here my whole purpose of writing this review will be justified. read more

first the good - the greens were in fantastic shape! they were very fast and many subtle breaks. now the bad - most of the tee boxes were nothing but dirt and mud. There was no definition to the fairways and it's difficult to figure out which direction some of the holes went as they are jumbled together. over all it's OK for the money but .... read more

WILL NEVER BE RETURNING. Walked into the shop in a great mood to play some golf on a nice day which was instantly ruined by rude management. I almost walked out after mistreatment when signing in but decided to still try and play and wow, the course was a disaster. Half the time I was hitting from dirt on the fairways and if you miss the fairway you're hitting off a tree root/ more dirt. The greens were un-puttable and half sand so unless if you are within 15 feet of the hole you had to chip OFF THE GREEN. I played about 7 holes and decided to take my loss and leave. If you're going to treat your customers bad, at least don't have the most unkept course in the state. its unfortunate because it's the closest course to my house, but I'll gladly drive extra time to avoid this rude owners poorly maintained dirt trap. It's a goat track with some of the worst conditions I've seen at a course. We played four courses in three days and this one was way way worse than the others. Most yards you see on the way were much better. There were also groups of younger people who looked to be in their teens or twenties riding around partying making a ton of noise. One group had seven people and only four bags of clubs. It was a mess. It's cheap and easy to get on the course but you probably won't like it. read more

This is our community golf course since we live in Easley. 27 holes and most holes are up or down hills. A shorter course but has some added difficulty will the rolling hills and some challenging greens. The greens are a little rough and the course lacks in yardage markers read more

Giving them 1 star for hospitality and friendly employees. Taking away the other 4 for this: Golf carts were old. Cart path was driving like we were off roading. Fairways were covered in ant hills and dirt patches. Greens were well kept just very difficult compared to the course itself. Peanut butter crackers at $0.53 tho so that's nice. read more

Played my first round of 2023 over the weekend and had a very nice time. Very seldom do I play a full 18, but Rolling Green provides a very forgiving course perfect for any skill level. The gents in the pro shop, as well as in the snack shop are all friendly, personable and accommodating. Due to the holiday weekend, I was unable to book as a single. I was meant to be paired with a twosome but they couldn't be bothered to wait, despite being 10 minutes ahead. The pro shop paired me with another gentleman and we were on our way! We had a great game with a little rain on holes 12 and 13 but an otherwise beautiful day. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to bring a trash bin with you as there are very few on the course. Do your part to keep things pretty. Don't litter! Be sure to stop by for lunch as their burgers and hot dogs are great! (Cash only!) The prices are unmatched! Super course; definitely worth checking out. Owner told us "I'd rather shoot myself in the head with a shotgun, than have you guys play with 6". Little dramatic for me. Water soaked sand pits, and honestly just some bad vibes. Don't think I'll be coming back here unless I'm pressured by my friends. I'm also not great at golf but honestly the owner is the literal epitome of stuck up trash. A free round of golf would still make it hard for me to change this rating. If I could go lower than 1 star I absolutely would. read more

Ok I've been hard on Rolling Greens over the last few years.....and for a reason..... the course had fallen from my graces and had fallen into bad shape....for the longest time you couldn't find 9 good holes out of the 27 they have.....But that is changing.... they replaced the middle 9 bent grass greens with Diamond Zoa.....the front 9 is mostly Diamond Zoa and should be fully replaced next spring..... the tee boxes and fairway are in the best shape they have been in years....the bent greens that remain are in good shape....hopefully the improvements will continue read more
