Dr. Farrell then reviewed all the pictures and began his exam of my teeth. Then Dr. Farrell put the X-rays on a viewer. He went over anything that concerned him and he and I discussed it quite thoroughly. Then off to hygienist Laura. What a pleasant event that was. The whole team is this way - patient focused. I was treated with kindness and respect. Great team. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST 1000%.

The office uses some of the most advanced technology available. Your dental care is up to you. Do you want to be proactive or wait for a problem! I prefer to be proactive. The office provides most all dental procedures you may require. The office staff is great. Courteous, professional and extremely well trained and educated. My dentist, Dr. Hall is terrific. Personable, and spent more time with me explain the findings of the initial findings than any dentist I have been to. We determined what work had to be done, what had to be watched and a program set in place. The follow up is great. The day I had two crowns put in Dr. Hall took the time to call me at home in the evening to see how I was doing and make sure I was satisfied with the work. Amazing client care. I get my teeth cleaned every four months. I think I have finally found my dentist for life!

Contrary to the majority of establishments belief that provide a service to individuals be it medical or whatever, it is the customers that keep you going and not the other way around so lose your stinking attitudes, as I for one don't and wont ever tolerate it & you. In finally getting to speak with I assume was unbelievably the doctor's patient coordinator Laurie, as she insisted on only speaking to the possible driver, if I, the one who found them for my mom, cares for her 24/7/365 and was paying for her had in fact agreed on everything, such as the treatment plan, cost and etc, which I did not, just started turning me off greatly right from the onset. What really made me make the final decision of taking my mom somewhere else was, here Laurie is abruptly interrupting me while I'm trying to convey to her my mother's medical need for contact and then very prematurely outlining the necessary policies for pre-op along with unbelievably what medications will be used for the procedure. All this when we haven't agreed or committed to anything or even seen the doctor yet. I don't know if their mindset is for a medical drive thru yet let's just slow down here shall we, as this is my elderly mother's life here and not just a hamburger or etc. How by just speaking on the phone can someone, who hasn't seen the patient or isn't even the one who will ultimately perform the procedure, if in fact agreed upon, determine the price, what exactly is needed in regards to medications or anything, as this along with the abrupt interruptions and very obvious attitude greatly soured me and turned me off to going any further. Yes I know costs are mostly everyones concern yet for me good quality & genuinely caring service is far more important and especially when it's for a loved one, and unfortunately it's something I just didn't feel was here.

Then was called again and told that I would need to be examined by the dentist or they wouldn't clean my teeth said my new total would be $143. They needed the X-rays to put together a very pricey "treatment plan." Have not missed any dental appointments and last dentist did not see a need for this "plan" they purposed. They seem to be only interested in money and not patient care. They were not truthful on what the appointment would entail. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

One year a patient, never saw the dentist until today…read more Last year when I inquired if the Dentist would complete an oral exam, the hygienist said that he would only perform the exam if "I saw something." Then I was informed that there would be an additional cost for fluoride $24.00. I could get several bottles of fluoride for that cost. I declined. Today, Before the hygienist began, she informed me that there would be a $24. charge for flouide and another $24. charge for bite wings IN ORDER FOR THE DENTIST TO SEE ME. I took the bite wing charge as a cover charge to see the dentist. While I declined this offer, the hygienist asked me to come to another room and she called the dentist to see me. I said that it appeared to be unprofessional that I would have to pay him $24. under the guise of bite wings in order to see him. From my first dentist visit many years ago, I never had a pre=requisite pay for anything in order to have the dentist complete an oral exam. Before I left, I told the billing clerk to remove me from the patient list.
