Delicious Food!! Crispy yet soft tortillas for both rollies and birria tacos! The chicken rollies were amazing! Chicken was moist and flavorful. Birria tacos were great! This place was wonderful! A fun takeout option in the middle of the annex with a few options for food and drinks. We got the birria street tacos and they were incredible. The depth of flavor in the birria is so impressive and delicious. Fresh cabbage, onion and cilantro helped balance out the tacos with the slightly spicy green salsa also providing great balance. Glad to have a Rollie's location closer to me in the MSA. Annex. Great place to grab food while shopping and grabbing a drink at Westbound. The menu is smaller than their main location, but it's a much smaller space. The food is excellent and the service is good. You're given a pager for when your food is ready. read more

I came here during the week on a busy afternoon night and was impressed by the friendly staff and customer service. I had not tried the Sonoran hot dogs and was impressed! Some of the best I've had in tucson and that says alot since the Sonoran hot dogs are famous here. I also had the horchata and it was delicious. It was perfect amount of sweetness. We are so excited the owners of Rollies opened a brick and mortar location at Westbound! We still haven't tried their south location but after this we can't wait to try more. The spot is clear to see and colorful with a handful of menu choices. I ordered Nana's tacos and they were crisp, flavorful and delicious with the peas. The only thing I wished for was a little more burger patty in each taco since it was a little thin and the meat was so seasoned and juicy I wanted more with each bite! My husband ordered the Sonoran hot dog. I tried it and it was on par with some of the best I've had here in Tucson. Their salsa was also perfect! Hot, complex and delicious, which I loved. The service was also great! They seemed busy and were organized and prompt with our order. We sat outside near their window and could smell all the various dishes cooking, which was a treat. Really Bad customer service and their horchata taste like a lot of coffee creamers I wouldn't not recommend coming to this place.

Went to Rollies today to try their "new" loaded chilaquies. I had ordered them with everything, a fried egg, and green sauce, barbacoa style . I wish I took a picture because they looked NOTHING like the photo. That should have been my first flag. The chips inside were moist, sloppy, and falling apart. There was a mountain of green sauce over everything masking the flavor. Second flag. Our food took over 20 minutes to arrive! This was during a day where there were not many people ordering in front of us. Third flag. Here I am now writing this review as the day has gotten progressively worse. I've just passed my second round of throwing up and my sixth time throwing up. Needless to say, I WILL NOT be returning. Thank you for the food poisoning and possibly ruining my holiday in Tucson. I wish there were a zero star feature. That's my new Christmas wish. read more

I ate for the first time at Rollies West at the Annex because I was looking for the perfect Chilaquiles. I may have found it!!! I had the Verde Chilaquiles with bacon and one egg fried on top. Oh, my goodness!!! It was delicious!!! the green chili was totally delicious!!! The bacon bits were very flavorful!!! The egg was perfectly cooked!!! The pickled onions were delicious and the corn chips were slightly crisp!!! Warm, cozy, delicious!!! It was a cold day, so we were waiting slightly away from the restaurant. When my buzzer went off,, I went to go get it, but the guy who worked there was already on his way coming in my direction. It came within six or seven minutes and the service was great!!! the people who worked there were friendly and so great to work with!!! I wanted to do that French chef thing of kissing the chef and the server on the cheeks because it was such a wonderful experience!!! I highly recommend Rollies West!!!
